Any legit business that isn't pro enough to have a phone system that doesn't comprehend how to leave a message, and instead has some dumb ass robot repeatedly blurbing out *Sorry I didn't get that * over and over and over....they need to reconsider a basic inane upgrade.

It's so sad peets is closing alots of locations in metropolitan area, I noticed customer service is not in USA anymore, you will be routed to India , my order arrived damage and customer service didn't help at all.
