I've dropped off many items here and always have to wait for a cashier to check in my package. It always takes a long time. I had two packages last time to drop off. After waiting for almost 10 minutes, I decided to just leave the packages. It was clear that the cashier had at least 6 or 7 more customers to service. Well, that was a mistake, because those packages never made it to their destination. My bad for leaving without a receipt, I get that. I definitely don't recommend this drop off point unless you have time to waste.

I love this place. The staff are excellent. I ship all my pottery through here and have not been disappointed, so far. It is Brown so there is that as well. Parking is not bad either. There is both on and off street available. I highly recommend this place for all your shipping needs.

Do not go there. They lost my overnight package, last update in the online tracking was the drop-off in store. Staff in the store doesn't really care and just told me to call UPS

Though I was not there for the access point location, I did see patrons using the service, and their experience seemed seamless and there is a special area designated for this purpose

Today, I visited 2 mail services one USPS/Govt, on webster street. Past 2 months, holiday season, it showed out with gonny behavior, arrogant, push and in considerate of the clients, off behavior. It was back to normal and pleasant.FEDEX for copies to mail at the USPS as usual helpful and both had no long line.NoJUST TO QUIET!!!!!
