I love the Emeryville location. The staff are always super nice and give the best service. I actually drive here because there’s always parking, never a long line, and the staff make it worth it every time. Nikki and Arch especially are amazing. This is the only UPS store I go to.

GRACE UNDER PRESSURE: Outstanding customer service from Arshdeep today! I called in for advice on mailing a special package shortly before the last pickup. Arshdeep gave me flawless advice and when I arrived found the perfect box for me, which she expertly wrapped and sealed in less than three minutes while simultaneously fielding questions from another customer over the phone.
