Alice has a terrible attitude towards customers. She charges me $10 for not picking up the package (which is very small size) that just arrived “YESTERDAY” because I was busy. She couldn’t solve the issue with the package pickup, and I asked her politely if she could ask her manager to help with the issue. She insisted that she would not do anything, including contacting the manager to find a solution. She just said “you have to stay in the store and wait for 2 hours until the manager comes back.”

I was having an issue with package pickup. Alice proposed waiting until the manager arrived in 2 hours and then addressing the situation with him. Only after requesting the manager's contact information multiple times, she then decided to reach out, which should not have been this difficult.

Under new Management. Since new management took over this place is great. They take care of you with ease and are very friendly, helpful and always have a solution. They are quick and efficient. There is plenty of parking available. I trust this location to ship anything and everything. They also have notary and mailboxes for rent and prices are good. This is by far the best location in the area.

Convenience of dropping both ups and usps packages is awesome. Owners and employees are also very friendly. Working hours on Saturday is a plus as well. Highly recommended!

Poor service, I purchased a label online and brought my package in to ship. They wanted an additional $3 to print the label I've already paid for.

This store has been sending constant reminders for me to pay for an account that was already closed out last year. Not only do they continue to spam me with messages to renew, they fraudulently charged my credit card for the price of a renewal, even when I received a confirmation email from their store that my account was closed out.I never gave consent for them to hold onto my credit card, and while my account was active, they had to call me every time to get my credit information over the phone. They are holding onto credit card information that should never have been kept, and they are charging credit cards without any approval from the user.Beware of this store and all the recent fake positive reviews
