“I have to say my experience at Albany Subaru was stellar. I so hate buying a car that I postponed it for months because no one has four hours to spend at a dealership. I had been looking for a Subaru Ascent and Ricky Riise reached out . I wasn't ready and told him he could reach out again if he wants to but just wasn't ready then. He reached out again, with a reasonable time in between , and I said I was looking for a specific color. He happened to go have both and told me the price and mileage on them. I told him I wanted to get in and out . I have left dealerships before because of the back and forth and the time it took. Ricky and Lupon ( I hope the spelling is right) were fantastic. They got me out of there in less than 90 minutes . I did my application online. I sent over some other info including my drivers license. They just handled the whole transaction with professionalism and took care of my other car until I could get over to pick it up . I recommend Albany Subaru 100% AND they are friends of ASPCA -and other shelters . We went with a bigger car because of our special needs pets . “The owners here have a good business model for used car sellers and buyers. They're very professional, respectful people, and so was the lady who sold me her car from here. I had a good buying experience, and I would consider selling any of my cars with them in the future. Imagine selling your car without the headache of having to make appointments and meet up for the test drive only for the buyer to determine they weren't interested in it after all. Conversely, imagine finding a car you want to buy but have a limited schedule to test drive or check it out.
