Nice people, incompetent service. I went to the store to purchase a prepaid service and have it activated on my phone. I purchased the plan, and the representative told me that it would take 3-4 hours to fully activate on my phone, and that meanwhile I would not be able to send messages or make calls, but would still be able to receive them.My friend who I was with at the time tried calling and texting me and none of them went through. 15 hours later I was still unable to make calls or send texts, nor was receiving them.I called customer service and after getting through the long slog of automated prompts, finally spoke with a representative and was cut off. They did not call me back. This is all immensely frustrating and I still don’t have a fully functional phone. Super disheartening customer service.

I placed an order for home internet online and chose to pick up in store. When I did, I was carelessly only given half of what I ordered and needed to set up the internet. After over a week of calling and running around town to clean up their mistake, nothing has been resolved and I don't have service. There's I've asked to file a complaint and also nothing.It's worth noting that I only decided to switch because of a Black Friday deal and I am also yet to receive that. 0/5 stars for Verizon as a company. The 1 mandatory star for a review doesn't accurately represent the disfunction of this company.

Terrible service. I drop by to move from usim to esim. There was no problem. However, I found that the guy did that put additional perks in my account without telling me about it. I did not asked him to do. He just did it. I don't know whether he gets rewards from it but it is SOOO INAPPROPRIATE. If I did not check my account, I would be charged $2-30 more. I would never visit here again. He should be punished about what he did.

Do not work with this place. They will lose your trade in and will not work with you to make things right. Chinoa, a representative who works there processed it incorrectly. Especially, do not work with her.

Their posted hours here and on their door are open til 7pm. Store was closed when I arrived at 6:30pm.

Customer service there is awesome. The employee who helped me took very good care of me. From start to finish, I would differently recommend people to this Verizon store. He was able to help me with a trade in my old Galaxy Note 20 for a new galaxy note 23 by far one of best experience with getting a new phone and hum for my truck

Horrible!!!! The worst phone company on the planet. Everyone is clueless. Your bill changes every month. They charged me over 500.0 for a returned tablet, and no one knew how to get my money back. The worst!!!!! RUN!

Received stellar customer service from the time I stepped into the store until I left! I was greeted cordially by an associate as all customer service reps were helping others at the time. It was soon my turn where Sarbjit attended to my account changes proficiently. His knowledge base and superlative customer centric manner made me feel at ease that everything has been addressed. He, by far, has been the best Representative I've had the pleasure of working with. While taking note of the other representatives, they too have a very similar demeanor about them and I've been to many Verizon stores. Continued success to you Sarbjit and your Verizon location!
