Nyack Snow Park is a popular stop off I-80 in Nyack, California. It is not a big snow park but rather has tiny hills and small sledding areas, making it great for younger kids and first timers to the snow. The location is scenic, allowing for very pretty photos. When it is not too busy or too crowded, it can be a lot of fun, especially for children. However, the snow conditions can be disappointing, often described as hard packed or slushy, and the experience is truly good 'ol unmonitored slopes with the risk of crashing. A major point of contention is the $30 parking fee, which many reviewers find excessive. The only restroom facilities are porta-potties, which were noted as well-serviced by some but extremely dirty and lacking toilet paper by others. There is no playground or picnic area, but visitors can tailgate. Amenities include a Shell gas station across the street, and while a Burger King was previously there, it appears a new food spot is being built. Despite the drawbacks, many families had a decent time and some fun, with kids loving to slide on sleds here.

Parking is $30, way too expensive compared to other places in the area, and the same for sled, $43 from the only store.
