Went there today to get something for my beautiful wife and got what i wanted for a fair price, also got a chance to meet the owner while i was there.Super friendly and great customer service, i definitely recommend this place if you need Fresh-Cut Flower Bunch for a someday delivery.

Love this flower store. The quality of flowers that they have is top notch. I got this beautiful arrangement designed by this store last week and even in this heat, it has stood the test of time. Very welcoming staff and the owner himself helped me to choose the right arrangement for my house warming ceremony.

My wife was the happy recipient of a large vase chuck-full of great-looking flowers during her hospital stay. All visitors noticed the bouquet and were impressed. We'll look this store up whenever we need flowers!

Not sure about these other less satisfied customers but my experience was GREAT!I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers on 3/16 to be delivered on the 17th. I asked Sal for some specific flowers and he came through like a champ. Both my wife and sister-inlaw said they were absolutely awesome. The most beautiful flowers they have ever received! Great Job Sal.

Super disappointed, absolutely angry with this company. I ordered flowers to be delivered February 8 same day I even paid for the same-day fee for them to be delivered the same day and nobody updated me that the flowers were able to make it that day I had a reach out to them online and asked what happened to the delivery these flowers needed to be delivered that day for my aunt that’s gonna pass this weekend. It was important to me that she got those flowers so they told me that they weren’t able to get those flowers to her until a couple days from the 8th so I told him I wanted a refund the next morning. I got five phone calls from this company not to mention the first call was early in the morning around 4 am waking me up they insisted not giving my refund and they told me that they could deliver the flowers 1030 in the morning so I proceeded to go with the order because that’s what they told me they committed to delivering those flowers at 10:30 now I’m sitting here 1123 and they’re telling me that they’re not able to deliver those flowers until the 10th tomorrow to some of you, that might be fine but to me, it’s not like I said these flowers are very important. They’re for my aunt that’s not expected to live this weekend. This is very upsetting. I’m never buying through this company ever again definitely going to another company. I just wish I would’ve done it earlier.

The arrangement looks like the cutest white dog. Creative, fresh flowers, beautiful!.. They make me feel happy every time I see them. Update..these flowers were so fresh! It is days later and it keeps getting better. This florist is amazing. Thank you! It's Jan 1st and they are still not wilted. I just keep smiling at how the puppy has gotten fuller and the arrangement is still beautiful. I just want to give this business owner credit because I see harsh reviews that are no where near the experience of my friend who sent them...or me still enjoying them the next year...? Happy New Year! May it be filled with joy and positivity...and puppy love ?

I really don't know where to begin...about 15+ phone calls over 4 days with about 10-15hrs spent on the phone and finally by some miracle flowers were delivered one the 4th day sometime at about 10pm. You name it i spoke to them, supervisors, escalation team etc. I ordered the Love Pup flowers only to find out the flower shop did not have a working phone number so 1800 flowers could not contact the flower shop. I found this out immediately after placing initial purchase and the representative assured me the flowers would be delivered. After several phone calls during day 1 to follow up and being assured the flowers were on their way, no delivery. I called back at night on day 1 and the rep said they would reorder the flowers through a different flower shop after explaining my horrendous day 1 story which i spared details here. Day 2, i find out the rep ordered the Love Pup flowers from the same flower shop that doesn't have a working phone number...Hours and hours spent trying to resolve this issue to regular reps and to multiple supervisors etc to finally be told i need to order different flowers which i did not want to do since my GF's dog passed away and these flowers had sentimental feeling especially since the flower looked just like her dog. Finally I give in, i receive my refund and i'm advised to choose different flowers which i do. I'm assured the flowers will be delivered by noon on day 3. I follow up in the AM and several times leading up to noon and after..I'll spare details but i'm told the driver is in the area(they had said this since morning). Its almost 5pm still nothing and delivered even though I receive a message saying flowers delivered. I call at 4:50pm and i'm told by 1800 flowers that the flower shop has until 5pm to deliver since its going to business and to call back after 5pm. I call back at 5:01pm only to be told the flower shop closed at 5pm and they can't get a hold of them..Long story short, no flowers delivered on day 3. Another hour or so and the new supervisor assures me the flowers will be delivered on day 4. This time i change the address to residential so driver doesn't any excuse such as business closed or whatever they want to pull out of their butt not to deliver flowers. Long story short, i'm told delivery to residential address can be through 8pm. Many calls throughout the day to follow up and once again i'm told driver in area etc. At this point i'm surprised 1800 flowers is in business. By some miracle around 10pm my GF tells me she got the flowers. I called 1800 flowers and told them after what i've been through i deserve free flowers for life! Plus, i ordered the large flowers and seemed the small was delivered! Believe me, even though i got my refund and some $20 off next flower purchase, i will never be using 1800 flowers ever again. I understand part of it was on the flower shop and deliver drivers, but there was equal blame on 1800 flowers reps as they goofed up so many times during these nightmare of a 4 days!

My fiancé ordered flowers and balloons for me for our anniversary today from 1800 flowers and as I was walking towards my door I had seen multiple flower petals on the ground and didn’t think much of it. Upon getting to my door, I saw a bouquet of flowers. The issue isn’t the flowers too much, the problem is my fiancé sent flowers with a Anniversary balloon arrangement along that I never received. Upon calling, the vendor (this place) said they sent the balloons. Very dissatisfied because not only did I not receive the balloons he paid for but whoever delivered the flowers were careless about the bouquet, that they damaged some of the flowers. Why would we lie about not receiving the balloons? When the bouquet is worth more? And if the balloons were attached then clearly they were not tied in place. Not too happy about the quality of service. The fact that they offered a $20 credit is a complete joke. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The first time, some of the flowers were broken and they charged him for Mother’s Day balloons yet never mentioned they “ran” out. We’re never using this company again ! Worst service EVER

This service is terrible. I ordered flowers 6 days ahead of time for Mother’s Day . I was fine with a 4 day flexible delivery day leading up to Mother’s Day. Flowers weren’t delivered . Then they said they’d deliver them on the Teusday after Mother’s Day. Wow no show again. I will never use this service again . Total zero!!!

I always stop here for fresh flowers and the friendly ladies make the best arrangements. They don't let me leave unless they know I'm happy. I was surprised this is a local owned franchise...and this one is a great one. Will return for sure.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered flowers for my cousin's birthday and they failed to deliver the flowers. I am extremely disappointed. Never using this service again.
