AAA has been Extremely necessary part of our family, and conveniently located. Beware of DMV services, They need attention to your Customer Services. They Are Not Helpful, I found the short stubby teller very rude and short in her response's. It felt as if I was forcefully extracting information from teller instead of offering me help and information on simple title change. Thankfully i overheard another teller providing help to her customer about the same issue i had come in for; and got the proper forms. Again please train your reps. Especially The short stubby teller she was extremely unhelpful and rude.

These guys do everything from tags to towing. The Encinitas office is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. What more can you ask for. I highly recommend their office.

BEWARE DMV services - I turned in a custom license plate for a standard one. One month later I get a citation notice for a parking ticket against the Plate number issued After I turned it in. Went to AAA for help twice - none (very indignant) and would not let me talk to a supervisor or manager. I suspect this is not a first occurrence. - BUYER BEWARE - while I have to contest this : (

I do not understand this company AT ALL. I was hit by another driver in November, and for over TWO MONTHS I had to continuously try to get ahold of the assigned agent: two+ months! They finally called and said I had to speak to the other driver's insurance company - WHAT?? So 4 days ago another accident (not my yr; haven't gotten this many in my life), and they are STILL not calling back! I just do not get the people here. How is this even possible with such a huge business? This was their last chance to make it right and unfortunately did not, and have not. I will be reporting to the BBB and Insurance Committee as this is completely unacceptable.

I don't know about a certain location but I do know about their installation of car batteries. My dealer quoted me $620 for a new car battery. Wooo.They stated I would have to wait there for an hour and a half to complete. I called AAA they sent a truck out within 30 minutes. The truck had all kinds of batteries on it. The technician switched out my battery in 15 minutes gave me a warranty and charged me $207 out the door. What a fantastic savings! I also love that I didn't need to leave the house.

We come here to AAA to pick up our cars registration and rags, faster than the DMV. Other services include booking discounts on travel packages, cruises, maps and other services. They get pretty busy on Saturdays, sometimes 20-30 minute wait. Friendly service and helpful.

I selected this dental clinic based on Yelp reviews. It's not even in my insurance network and I paid extra because it was such a great experience. The entire staff is amazing from the knowledgeable front desk to the friendly assistants to Dr Salazar as my dentist. I was given a very thorough, practical, and logical course of treatment with photos, explanation, and no pressure. This may sound counter-intuitive but Dr Salazar took his time when replacing a crown and am now realizing the previous dentist rushed and screwed it up leaving a big gap. I really appreciated his attention to detail in shaping, fitment, and "dont need to do more than this" disposition. A dentist taking their time to demonstrate their skilled craft on your teeth is essential to your smile, comfort, and is worth it (like 30-60mins I mean... not a lot). I wish my last dentist told me "If it doesn't feel right in a couple days, come back and we'll fix it." Not a bit of pain (even for the Lidocaine), a relaxed setting, amazing technology and comfortable people with genuine conversation. The kind of practice that remembers you (I dont even care if they took notes LOL) I cannot believe I am saying this, but I truly look forward to my visits. Just really trustable, decent people there. I am a local in Cbad and I promise you that you will have a great experience at this dental office. It's amazing to feel liberated from past dental experiences. Thank me later. :)
