“This was truly the best shopping experience I have ever had! From my first call to order an amazing terra cotta pot from Impruneta Italy Jacopo was amazing. He called Italy immediately to get my order in with his regular summer order. I knew these were custom made and expected a long wait. But what I didn't expect was the wonderful, regular updates I received including when it was loaded on a ship, when the ship arrived in Long Beach and when his order of pots arrived including mine with a photo! It was packed extremely well as it is 90lbs. I couldn't be happier. Jacopo even messaged me when UPS delivered it to make sure I got it. No matter what your interest, this shop is exceptional.
