“Caliber Collision was great from the start of the whole process. I noticed immediately how clean the yard was and that customer parking was easily accessible.
Upon entering the office I was greeted immediately by the desk person (forgot his name) and the service rep took me out to my car immediately for a car damage inspection. He was knowledgeable and gave me a rough estimate of work needed and how long it should take. Filling out the paperwork was easy and I was on my way.
Overall, excellent service and promptness!”

It was a warm reception from when we arrived, greeted by Roberto, then assisted by Darius, then by Mark at Finance, until when we left with our brand new car. “I can't afford dealership prices although I wish I could so I had to suck it up and use yelp and Google to find coastal foreign auto and they said I could bring my car right in, they called me within two hours with an estimate that was fair 1001 dollars for front and back rotars and brakes and oil change. “I found out about aloha Auto from a local AutoZone. Gary, the owner of aloha Auto is a very skilled mechanic and an easy guy to talk to.
My first experience was just for an alternator. Recently, I was in need of a whole new steering apparatus for my Honda Odyssey, including rack and pinion pumps hoses tie rods engine mounts etc.
Gary tackled it all for me in one day. Expert work.
Now when I turn my Honda Odyssey it feels like butter instead of trying to turn a boulder.

“Let's be honest, no one likes having to take their car into a mechanic. Speedy Tune and Break was recommended by the oil change place and although it was a further drive for me, I don't think I'd trust anyone else with my car.
From start to finish Joey was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to ensure I wasn't paying for things I didn't need. My car was just out of its warranty, but he called around the local dealerships to find out if the specific malfunction was a known issue or better yet, a recall that would allow me to get it fixed for free at the dealership. Unfortunately, it was only a known issue.
Since I had to work on the weekend and would be without a car (it was too late in the afternoon on Friday and it had to be shipped to the mechanic), Joey offered a few recommendations on rental car places. Unfortunately, all the local ones didn't have availability for several hours. When they finally had one available, he drove me over to the rental car place! My car was finished in the time he said and under the quote. Not only that, but he remembered me when I walked in and had everything ready to go so quickly.
Also, I can tell you this is common service for them, because in the time I was there, I witnessed two other customers get great service - one he offered to loan his shop's car battery until she could get the new one (hers was under warranty) in the following day since she had work..AND offered to put it in when she brought it back free of charge.”

I had my timing belt and rear brake pads replaced here on my Honda civic. Tim is quick with the repairs, explains the issue well, and makes sure to not do additional unneeded repairs (unlike other mechanics). I will continue to return here for me and my wife’s car. I think he does work on any Asian car (Japanese or Korean).”

“They just installed a brand new car wash. It is so much better than the old equipment. It is touch free only!! The cheap wash did a great job of getting my SUV. Also you can wash a dully truck in there, so wide no tracks on the floor. Also you get a discount for gas when you wash you car!!!! Yay also everybody is so nice.”
