I asked for shorter nails and they gave me very long nails, I also asked for zebra print and they gave me literal stripes, then I said can I have stars and they gave me blobs. I’m going back tomorrow to get them redone I need my money back. Do not go here they messed up my nails so much.

Oh man.. what to say. Its been a while since this happened, but I feel I should share my 5* experience.Tech/owner(?) did a poor job with my acrylics to the point that they broke off in less than 24 hours when I was merely putting a shirt on!When I went back, they wanted me to pay them MORE to fix it when I dropped like $200+ dollars the day before. They wouldn't refund the money, and despite being able to visibly see where the issue was and simply redoing those nails, they yelled at and berated me and treated me as though I was a simpleton. I was there for like 20 minutes pleading my case before they gave me a small portion of the money back and then REFUSING to fix my nails at all. So I was out 200 dollars, and a completely f'd up manicure. Pretty scummy. Never been treated like this anywhere else I've gone. They are needlessly petty and unprofessional.Wish I still had pictures of how bad it looked, because the tech was SO rough she caused me to bleed. I assume the tools were not sanitized right, because my finger was swollen and dripping pus from the wound despite me treating it at home. It was completely infected and part of my nailbed was exposed, thats how rough it was. I told them I have autoimmune issues and to be gentle, and for no reason she did the complete opposite. Guess she wanted the riffraff freaks to have such a bad experience that they stay out of her shop and never come back - which I am happy to oblige. The woman running the place is also weirdly rude to you if you're not some upper crust Stacey, which is disheartening because my friend and I were being kind and reasonable as we could. I have never had such badly applied acrylics in my life.I also paid for the more heavy duty plastic acrylics, as well as a gel polish. They used the generic nails, as well as a regular nail polish, yet I was STILL charged more. Considering I tipped them like $45 dollars, I was preeetty ticked off.Don't come here if you look weird and want to be treated like a person deserving of basic respect.

I've been there before and had been pleased with results... but this time... I have never had a pedicure this poor, from anywhere.. Nail polish left on my skin, clump of polish on cuticles and smudged.. I won't go back as there are so many other nail salons

Even I told her the lady cut my nails just a little bit and didn’t gave my nails time to soak in water. The polish is done bad! And she wanted me to leave immediately before drying. When I asked her why she just said ‘be careful’.It was even more expensive than other places and not professional made. I don’t recommend this place.Service: Pedicure

Still the very best nail place in town! I get consistent VIP treatment, every time. Love these ladies and their dedication to making everyone feel welcome and beautiful! I have been going to Bellagio for many years and I always look forward to relaxing under their care.

Terrible service, overpriced Do not waste your time or money to go there. We went there with my husband to get mani padi and paid $162. The entire time they talked their own language very loud ! ( which they all know English ) it's very disrespectful to do that. It's supposed to be a relaxing experience!!! Instead I left with a headacne so on top of that they did terrible job on my nails (pictures taken right after I left ) I would do better job at home ... way better ! So go somewhere else , don't make the same mistake I made

First and foremost, this salon has very deceptive pricing and ethics- I was charged $147 pretip [over $180 w/tip] for an abysmal manicure and very substandard pedicure. They ran my card and when I saw the receipt I implored them how it was that much for my services- I was met with sheepish looks and, no clear explanation how the same services cost me less than $95 in October 2021. FWIW, they used to provide a 'Service Menu' for the options for clients to review/select- there are no formal 'Service Menu' signage on the walls etc- ASK to see the menu if not presented with it! The salon itself is actually very unkempt- the floor has so many nail clippings on the carpet that it made me nauseous when I sat at the desks for the first time (second time in salon) rather than a spa chair [and, a woman whom elected to organise all the nail colours into baskets on shelf/wall behind the salon chair I was in- it was far removed from relaxing- than the same person literally ate a flaky croissant over my shoulder when I was seated for my fingernails; it was perverse]. For the prices they're charging- and if quality, maybe, but it's NOT A SPA-you should look into the pricing at the numerous luxury resorts in the North County area.

I got an excellent pedicure here from Kelly ( Hung is her real name) I have problematic toenails and she spent a lot of time rebuilding the damaged ones. I was there 1.5 hours not for gel either and it only cost $42. And they look great. The only thing that drive me a little crazy was the technicians kept talking away to each other laughing etc like no one was there and it was pretty loud. It felt disrespectful to the client. I would have appreciated silence and music or something peaceful.

I went to get a regular pedicure and gel manicure. They didn't show me a menu or tell me any pricing. After they finished, they charged me $112. They are manipulative and over charging without explaining their services. My gel manicure chipped after less than a week, I sadly won't return.

I'm generally pleased with my nails after going here but they wanted to charge me $112 for a gel mani and regular pedi. They did do a salt scrub and extra massage but they were not clear on the additional costs! I've never paid this much for my nails. It was very upsetting and strange. Beware and be clear on what you want!!!
