0.0 stars. Zero customer service. Staggering incompetence. Rudeness. This business is over. Greeted at the door by the biggest ahole on the planet. Despicable jerk. Refused to help. Will never walk in the door again. I'm sure it will be closed down soon if the face you put at the front door is a male Karen. Yikes. Stay far away.

Zero service. Literally stood in electronics for over 30 minutes and was not helped. Walked around to find an associate, nobody to be found. Called the store directly and was transferred out of the country to a call center. Do not shop here.

Wow. Empty shelves, dis-interested staff... no one in the place. Best Buy Encinitas now gives you that dead "Sears" vibe. Won't be back.

Husband and I ran into Best Buy for some screen protectors and a phone case. We struggled a bit to understand where the right products were and then the terms were different that weren’t immediately understood.Grant at Best Buy walked by with his hands full, obviously headed to do a task but he stopped to clarify our questions, help us understand product differences so we could be comfortable with our purchases.While I paid, my husband wandered off so I had to pay and then found him in the sound section getting educated by Grant. This young man is amazing. He has such a love for technology and when it came to product t knowledge, we felt like we got the thorough break down for various levels so we could determine what would be the best fit for our home.Grant is such a sincerely nice person to connect with. We felt grateful to have someone invest a some time with us and educate us on a future purchase.Best Buy in Encinitas. Go see Grant. He’s such a great resource.

Repeated disappointments with Geek Squad.After being a long time member, Geek Squad tech support for installing google assistant was highly incompetent and failed miserably.After purchasing Sony TV, Sonos speakers, Pixel tablet, New Chromebook, Microsoft SP 7+, the tech support is highly lacking.

Telephones several times over period of two weeks. Each time I was told the store had a crossover cable. Both times I went to the store, that was proven wrong.

Went in at 9:30. Left at 9:50. 3 or 4 people wanting help with laptops. Only one sales person on duty. Nobody in laptop area. Not a good way to start back to school week.

Super efficient team that helps you to troubleshoot the issues with your laptop even before getting provided service. They provide information up to front of what it takes to repair. Wow impressive service, that I didn't expect.. nice personnel they got in this location.
