Birkinatocks that fit so perfectly they suction to my feet with every step, releasing tiny, unapologetic fart noises like loyal little whoopee cushions—wore them on a first date, she thought I had gastrointestinal issues and ghosted me, which honestly just proves these sandals protect me from the weak-hearted. 5/5, would crop-dust my soulmate again.

I went in to this store last week to find a pair of Birkenstocks for my son. Kai was extremely helpful with his recommendations. He was very knowledgeable in the shoes they had there and was even able to help me find the right size!

Best place to buy your Birkenstocks in Encinitas! Awesome selection (they also carry other great shoe brands) and the customer service here is amazing. I have called several times in the past looking for a particular shoe in specific sizes/colors and they have always been so helpful. The other day I came in for a pair of Arizonas and Alex & his team were super friendly & helped me get dialed! It was packed with people shopping but they were so quick to help everyone, including myself, find what they were looking for. Left with my new fav pair of shoes :) Can't recommend this place enough! Thank you!

I had called in earlier in the day to ask about a specific model/size availability and they offered to hold it for a day so I could come and test the fit. Very glad I had visited to try on the shoe; I would have ended up buying a shoe 2 sizes too large otherwise.
Kind of a small store but the employees were very nice and willing to help without being overbearing. After I found the right fit, I was given a surprise 10% discount.
Very pleasant visit!

I recently bought some Birkenstocks from this store while traveling from out of town. Employee's were helpful and friendly.
I ultimately had an issue with my purchase a few weeks later (within my return window) and Alex and Matt took great care of me. I very much appreciated the experience and customer service at this store.

Came to this store while visiting from out of town. This is the second shot I gave this store. Last year when I was here I knew the sandals I wanted had the 2 pairs I wanted picked out, knew my size and was just waiting for someone to acknowledge me and there were a few workers. Walked around the whole store several times and nothing so I took my money elsewhere. Came back today and again knew what we wanted, some clogs, there appeared to be only 1 person working and a gentleman wanting to try on the whole store and another gentleman who was also waiting with shoes. I'm not giving it another shot and will again be taking my money elsewhere. First, I thought it was me, but seeing other reviews it's clearly an overall issue that is ongoing which is unfortunate.

I have plantar fasciitis, and these shoes help with the pain. They have a wonderful selection of shoes, although I have had a problem with shoe width. Some of their selection of shoes are only available on the narrow width. I have had shipping issues but have found out that PayPal auto fills the address. Therefore, two shipments went to the wrong address. The customer service is excellent. I will be purchasing more shoes from them in the future.

Not great or friendly service whatsoever. walked in and wasnt acknowledged and the 3 girls were just staring from behind the counter. lol. the selection is pretty good but its not just birkenstocks so i dont know why it's called birkenstocks.
