I worked with Spencer Whittle to lease a 2026 X1, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Everything was smooth, straightforward, and had a true white-glove feel. I recently purchased an X5 50e from BMW Carlsbad and it couldn't have been any better! This automobile is a high tech marvel but Martin Iliev, Client Advisor, made the process very simple through a fair minded mindset and a friendly attitude. I had a trade in which was very fair and the finance department, through Edith, made the completion of the sale understandable, fair and easy. I plan on servicing my automobile at BMW Carlsbad which is a beautiful and professional dealership. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in the BMW product.

When you walk in you know you want to buy from this dealership. They have wonderful customer service and took care of me throughout the whole process. The drive is beautiful,the facilities accommodations, process w/ buying was stress free. Their auto shop is top notch professional, clean, has a fast turn-around and had all rental accommodations handled hassle free.
