Affordable hotel close to restaurants, shops and beaches. Breakfast was small with only coffee, juice, cookies, muffins & apples. We’d definitely stay here again though!

Great location and friendly staff. Really need to upgrade the carpet inside. Breakfast was pretty weak but room was alright and comfy for the price.

I left a review yesterday & want to say this establishment blatantly lied!!! I complained about the same obnoxious loud construction as several other reviews & was accused of lying because “I didn’t want to pay for an upgrade”. I literally offered to pay any upgrade costs but was told no other rooms were available. I had booked this hotel several times in the past month (due to helping out family nearby after my father died recently). Those visits I received upstairs west facing rooms (away from the noise) at the regular rate & I was given early check in for free. When I asked on this recent visit, a different employee than before said it was fee to check in early. Since I had never been given a fee before, I didn’t think that was fair & didnt want to pay that fee. The same employee would not even let me store my heavy bags 1 hour before check in. I think because I said something I was given the worst room, attached to the 2nd floor building public door & literally next to the current construction. Every time some came & went throughout the night I was woken up by the loud door. During the other visits to this establishment, I had zero problem paying more for a bigger room. This time I had literally offered to pay more for a non noisy room. Instead of simply apologizing for the obvious construction going on, the owner chose to lie. DON’T STAY HERE unless you like loud renovations noises everyday from 8am to 5pm. It sucks because the location is great.

Very basic. Not that clean. Found hair in bed. All old and not nice at all. Ok if you just sleep for 1 night. Bed is comfortable. Right across from train tracks. Train runs all night and honks before passing. Super loud. Short trains and super long ones. Video is of short one. I wanted to leave immediate after I saw the room and go somewhere better but my friend booked it. Ok to sleep but don’t plan on spending time there.Plus mold on ceiling. Dirty windows and floors in bathroom.

Love this hotel, stayed here twice. It does everything right on the things that actually matter and the people are nice. Then you get a great price because it’s a little dinged up but not in a way that causes issues.

A hidden gem. I hesitate to tell more people about it, because we stay here often and don’t want to prices to skyrocket when more people realize how great this location is.:) A warm welcoming staff, rooms that are comfortable for a budget-friendly hotel, and the location is amazing.Rooms: The rooms offer the essentials at a budget-friendly price.Walkability: The beach is a black and a half away through a beautiful neighborhood.

I've had good visits before, but this time was awful! The hotel is under construction & the noise is atrocious & deafening. I've been in town a lot recently helping out family after my dad died. And I needed some time away to nap & rest up. But upon checking in & while trying to nap I was woke by loud awful noises of the construction that have been going on for hours. I called to front desk to ask to be moved to another room & the front desk lady was very rude. I will never be staying here again. I don't think peace & quiet is too much to ask from a hotel.

Never had a bad experience at a hotel like I did at Brisa Pacifica. I've stayed at cheap hotels before but this experience just about ruined our trip. BOOK ELSEWHERE! I mean it.Turns out there's construction going on in the hotel. No warning at all. Our 2 year old was napping at noon on Sunday and the bathroom next door begins to be demolished with a sludge hammer. WACK WACK WACK! Over and over. My wife and I are in disbelief at the level of noise.I approached the front desk about it and the front desk clerk gets them to stop for us.Next morning: they begin working again at 745am! We couldn't believe it. Time to check out.At check out I tell the very nice woman at the desk: "why would you book a room next door to a loud construction project? And book it to a family with two small kids?" I asked them to make it right and suggested waiving the pet fee ($25 dollars a night for two nights). But much but something to make us feel better enjoy the experience. She called the manager to ask. The manager denied my request. The manger said that they stopped the construction when I asked so they were not obligated to discount my stay.I am blown away that they would charge full price for a room next to a loud remodel project. They should at the very least warn guests that there is a major remodel going on in the hotel. We would not have stayed here if we had known. The manager showed no empathy about the disturbance.Other notes: first glance the hotel looks very shabby, especially the hallways. But the rooms are clean and the paint looks fresh. The front desk help is friendly. The breakfast is meager. The small pool is in the parking lot next to the road. Didn't feel like using it, not very attractive. We regret staying here. Our usual big-name pet-friendly hotel is much nicer.

I've stayed here several times going back to when it was a Travel Lodge. It's always the same. No frills, great service, clean and well located. Everyone on the staff is super nice with the exception of the front desk guy Ragith. He has to be one of the absolute nicest people I've ever met. His smile is infectious and his attitude toward the guests amazing. I highly recommend this ultra clean well priced establishment. Say hello to Ragith, his smile will make you smile.

The bathroom had no towel bars . had to toss on the shower bar if you were lucky enough to reach that high, and had to move towels when you showered. The tub had no handrails of any kind. Tile floor had no rug.. had to use a towel that was damp so you didn't slip. Phone in room with no instructions or number to call front desk. No paper or pen. Went to check out and wanted some information, and husband waited and waited and nobody was at the desk for over 5 minutes and he finally just walked out.
