Caliber Collision was great from the start of the whole process. I noticed immediately how clean the yard was and that customer parking was easily accessible.
Upon entering the office I was greeted immediately by the desk person (forgot his name) and the service rep took me out to my car immediately for a car damage inspection. He was knowledgeable and gave me a rough estimate of work needed and how long it should take. Filling out the paperwork was easy and I was on my way.
Overall, excellent service and promptness!

Thank you Miguel at CC for making a nightmare of an issue with my new car an easy, empathetic and fast experience.
I had found out my new car was keyed on Tuesday AM, and within a week and a half I was back into driving a newly fixed vehicle. He made it so easy with insurance and handled it all.

The staff I talked with from beginning to end were amazing. They were kind, helpful and considerate.. all great qualities.
I had previously posted how I was extremely disappointed in being dismissed on what we found in our car. We had taken my car in, with no smell besides every day use; to being hit in the face with a disgusting smell. Now how Rat Poison got in my car.. not sure..
However, the Manager, stepped up surprisingly and handled the situation with a kind gesture that we greatly appreciate. The horrendous smell is gone and no more headaches.
Back history with this particular Caliber, we took my car in to get fixed because we know this place takes good care of their customers cars, with the highest degree of care. We know this because of how they handled our daughter’s car.
Would I recommend taking your car to this Caliber Collision? Yes, because of how things are handled. But especially because of the staff and Manager.
