I never leave reviews but had to leave a review for Child of Wild. I have ordered two times from their shop and each time has been perfect. The packaging is wonderful, shipping is incredibly fast and I receive so many compliments on the jewelry. The home decor is also stellar, and has elevated the energy in my home. Thank you all for the intention, effort, and good vibes infused into everything you sell. All the items are one of a kind and gorgeous. I can't wait to purchase more items. You all have a forever customer!

If I could give more than 5 stars for customer service I would! This is regarding their online shop and the impressive communication and hospitality. I ordered one of their rings in the smallest size they had (6) that I had admired. After receiving it ended up being too big. I reached out and connected with the company and Jess was SO HELPFUL. She had told me they do not make the ring in a 5 but reached out the warehouse and could have that size made just for me (wow, who does that?! ) . And just like that it was made and I LOVE. I am so so so happy! You don’t get this kind of service anymore at a lot of places but the fact that she went above and beyond was impeccable. If that’s how their customer service is I can only imagine an amazing culture! Thank you!

I've never actually been in the store, but they have gorgeous pieces and incredible customer service. I had three different shipments of goods delivered on the same day, stolen off my front porch. Child of Wild responded to my query immediately, helped file a claim with USPS and resent me the necklaces I ordered. Every time I wear them, I let people know how great they were to work with.

If a store deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It is Wild of Child. They are marvelous. I’ve bought from them as well as received gifts and the items are beautiful. Better than any picture can portray. The items come quickly, beautifully packaged. Makes you feel like a princess. The individuals representing the store are available and responsive, sweet and obviously creative. A store to support. Go Go Go Child of Wild!

I'm so motivated to write a review for this phenom shop. Every time I have purchased and item or have received a gift the product is even more beautiful than advertised (How exciting is that) I've purchased jewelry as well as journals. Gorgeous quality!!!!! The items arrive quickly. The packaging is so pretty. The team of individuals is responsive. I can't say enough. Except if every store was like this we would be all just live in some sort of heaven. Purchase here you will not be disappointed.

I really wanted to love this brand but my experience was terrible. I bought a necklace that broke within two weeks of wearing it (despite following all care instructions given) . Things happen so I thought I would reach out to their customer service team about the issue and was turned off by the accusatory response I received. They offered to fix it if I sent it back...but only after going on and on about how it's "odd" the necklace broke and they've never ever had that happen before (doubt that but ok). So after reading this email that was essentially just implying that I was dishonest, I just decided to forget about it. It's not worth trying to engage with a company that has zero willingness for proper communication or customer service. The jewelry is gorgeous but I'm disappointed with the quality and most importantly the aggressive customer "service" I received. Cannot recommend.

The cutest shop in Encinitas! The staff is super nice and really helpful. I came in hoping to get a necklace to match another child of wild one I had received and they helped me pick out the perfect one. I have earrings, rings and necklaces from Child of Wild and I always get so many compliments on them. They're unique but still go with classic outfits for work/every day living. The owner, Eileen, has an eye for picking out exceptional pieces and definitely goes over the top for her customers. And they have afterpay!!!! :)

Amazing, stylish, and authentic jewelry! The styles and sizes vary so you can easily order as a gift (I've even kept/reused the packaging) or buy yourself an array of pieces. Great customer service both in store and online/via email.

Child of Wild is my fave small biz jewelry shop. The raddest pieces and the coolest + kindest creatives that work at the shop. They are always super responsive & helpful. I *always* get compliments when I wear my Child of Wild pieces. Love em!

My review got taken down and the owner wrote me personally to ask me to take it down-which is interesting to say the least. My review still stands. The items are overpriced for what you actually get. Selection is poor and you could find most of the items elsewhere. The hours are strange for a store that sells jewelry and gifts also. Closing at the peak time people are getting off of work and are free? The short hours and days they are closed is crazy. Why have a shop if it's barely open? Doesn't make sense at all.

This is by far my favorite jewelry store! I discovered them on IG and became obsessed, then I moved to San Diego and to my surprise they were based here! Obviously I had to go into the shop. The shop is small and they don't have all their options like they do online however what they do have in store is still sooooo cute especially if you are looking for that layered look. Plus they have a customized, build your own necklace station (which isn't available online so there's that bonus). I have purchased 2 necklaces from them and I wear them everyday (even sometimes get them wet even though I'm not suppose to) and they never tarnish, always look shiny and never discolor my skin (because their jewelry is actually real unlike the cheap stuff I used to wear). I also purchased a small pair of earrings that are legit permanent in my ear. I'm not a fan of constantly taking my earrings on and off because I will loose them, as a result I sleep in them, shower in them and they've been in my ear since the day I purchased and guess what.....they still look shiny and perfect as the day I bought them. I haven't bought jewelry from anywhere else since discovering them.
