My experiences with this bank and branch have been very poor. First had access to all my money cut off for no reason. I had to physically go to the branch to get access restored. No one could tell me why I suddenly had no access to my money. Today, I was told by customer service that I would have to go into the branch to complete a transaction. When I got there they told me that they were unable to complete the transaction at the branch. I told them that customer service just told me that they could do it at the branch, and they still declined. I asked if we could call Citibank customer service and get verification and the manager told me, "NO." I also live 25 minutes from the closest branch, so it is a MAJOR inconvenience for me to have to go to the branch. I'm pretty sure I am done with Citibank forever after this one.

Thank goodness I don’t have an account with your bank. 15 calls after trying to get in touch with a live person. I even called a branch in desperation - it unbelievable. I finally got a hold of a single agent and now I’m transferred to an agent for further information- 15 minutes wait time. The worse customer service I’ve seen EVER.

the people in this branch are awesome. they have helped me with all sorts of financial needs (setting up CDs, exchanging foreign currency, wires, etc). also, citibanks web app is great.

They hang up the line when they answer (x2). Third call they forwarded to the call center. No assistance offered.

They helped me when I was at a loss. Polite, helpful and not at all what I've read here. I guess their customer service depends on the customer's attitude? No, because I was not nice when looking for help! They still helped me and now that's where I go for bank services. Thank you!

If they had a no star option I'd choose that because this place and their employees are ridiculous. If I placed their brain in a bird, the bird would fly backwards. That's how much brain cells these people who work there have. Super simple issue I had which another branch was able to solve in 5 min, they couldn't do at all. Please place more qualified bankers to this bank. I absolutely will not be going to this branch for whatever reason ever again.

This branch of Citibank is THE BEST - Debbie is a talented leader. I've been banking here for years and am extremely satisfied with the customer service of the manager and her staff. Highly recommend.

Got a great experience here. The staffs were all very kind, and could give every service that I asked for and even more very fast and clearly. I was kinda expecting much less than this since sd area citibanks have bad reviews usually, but what a great surprise! I recommend this branch very much.

I have to say that Debbie and team at this ranch are super nice and really go above and beyond. I'm a former customer with a small little business. (I left because Citi's online banking didn't have some features I was looking for and by opening a business account at my personal bank, I received some benefits.) I needed some records for my old accounts going back almost 4 years. Debbie and team were very helpful, treating me as well as if I were a customer. Well enough in fact that I might actually move the accounts back once I get things squared away record-wise. At any relate, I don't know about Citi's general customer support but Debbie and her team will do what they can.

I see most of the headline reviews of this branch are about central customer service and not about the branch itself or its staff. I have gotten great service from my banker here, who always has my interests in mind. When I get a call, I know there is a good opportunity for me. Never felt any sales pressure from them, but then I am largely immune to that by now. They are aggressive in a good way, on your side!
