Walmart always offers good quality merchandise at most affordable prices. I'm writing a review about the Super Center location in Encinitas. Everyone from Mike the greeter to the cashiers upon departure are friendly and helpful. We had an experience recently with a team member named Elgin that I feel is truly worthy of recognition. I was helping an elderly friend with food shopping and asked Elgin where we'd find three items. He walked us to the first, escorted us to the second, and told us the aisle where to find the third. We thanked him and went to the aisle that he told us. When we arrived, there was Elgin holding the item that we needed. We were truly impressed with his level of service at Walmart. Elgin provided exceptional service that exceeded our expectations. Thank You! 😊

Their
card machines NEVER work and they don’t take Apple Pay. It’s frustrating that they don’t fix their system so that customers can actually pay for their items. this is the second visit in a row with two different debit cards one being brand new. The first visit they had to try our card 20 times then said it was our problem made us put our groceries to the side get a different card from our car come back and it still didn’t work so I had to eventually use a third card that worked. This time I used a brand new card and again it didn’t work and it’s just frustrating to be in line and having all these issues when the cards are perfectly fine. After the 10th try the card worked. Won’t be coming here ever again. Fix your card readers. Also the first experience was at a line and the second time was at the self checkout so I know it wasn’t an issue with just one machine. Complete waste of time

Walmart is known for its huge inventory and low prices, but I like it because they have every brand and flavor of cake mix there is, that no one else has. You can still make the old classic recipes with the mixes they carry.

Only go here if I have to. The staff is rude. Usually out of stock on stuff I need. Difficult to check out and get harassed on the way out to show the receipt. If I check myself out, bag my own stuff… why harass me 20 feet away from where I paid?

U don't need a shopping cart here, they take ur things to the counter for you, which makes shopping here impossible, you have to shopp with an associate walking with you
