I used to really love their big warehouse with all the furniture down by Pacific Hwy. This place on Hancock is just like a really really big junk store. Very disappointing I drove all the way to the Sports Arena to find it. Yuck...

I purchased a teak trunk. I placed their red SOLD sign on the trunk and arranged to have a delivery service pick up the trunk. They showed up early the next morning only to learn" THEY SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE ". I've ask the owner to call me without response. They are happy to refund my money; however, THE DISHONEST business practice has not been addressed. NO APOLOGY or effort to make this right. Keep in mind that the item number was sold in their system. They didn't call me. They ALLOWED someone to STILL my merchandise. After over 20 year of doing business with Classic Consignments. I'm VERY disappointed. I did request RUTHANN the owner to call me several times

Xochilt was extremely rude to myself and my boyfriend (and we are very kind people). She was very difficult to work with and had a strong attitude the entire time -- She must be a very unhappy person. It was a terrible customer experience, I will not be going back. I do not recommend this place, it's not worth it to deal with people like this.

The people who work in intake where you drop your items off have a horrible attitude, ignore you, have smarty answers and basically dictate what needs to be done.. They are awful at customer service. Take your items to the store downtown where they have four full intake people that are considerate and not rude and can expedite your drop off and not have to stand around for 20 minutes. In addition I asked to see the owner/manager and one of the employees flat out lied and she was not there. I have been there before and found her to address the issue. If I were her I would fire all these people and start over but I guess the job is not that glamorous and can't find any competent people.

Walked in there the other day after buying stuff a year ago their prices are ridiculous and they are not willing to deal. You can find brand new stuff at HomeGoods for the same price if not lower.!!!!! Way to high $$$$

I have made amazing finds here and the salespeople have always been very nice and professional. The guys who help you load your purchases are great and easily available. Love this place!

Love the Kurtz St location. Was in the area and stopped in looking for a kids table set. Found a set that would work, but it was missing one of the four chairs. 3 different reps went looking for the chair to no avail. There was a miserable old woman working the front desk who was adamant that despite the set being incomplete I had to pay full price. I asked for a whopping $5 off for the missing childs chair and again she refused saying it wouldn't be fair to the store or the seller. What the hell about me? I needed the set so I just ate the cost. I'll avoid this location going forward unless the store wants to make it right. I don't understand the logic of arguing over something so sensible. I've spent thousands of dollars at the Kurtz location. Just a shit experience. Hope someone talks some sense into that rude old bag.

The prices and selection are way better than I remember. So much quality furniture, you just have to look for it because the place is stacked to the rafters. Good quality hardwood pieces. They also have a decor shop across the parking lot with some interesting things. Real vintage mixed in with reproductions but if you're a true bargain hunter you will not be disappointed.

Received a fairly rude response to a consignment inquiry "We cannot take these". That was it. $1,700 counter stools, that did have some wear (but functional completely and look great from 80% of angles) AND they sell junk in this store. That last 10 times I've stopped in it's all worn golden oak furniture from your Grandma's house. I don't even care that they didn't want them, I am more than happy to donate them, but how about "Thank you for inquiring, unfortunately we do not have a market for this style/condition/whatever." Response showed zero customer service, in my opinion.

I would not recommend doing business with this business. They will low ball you on price and end up paying you pennies on the dollar. Stay away from this "business."

I emailed them and never got a response. I want to know if a few items I own are worth selling or not. I figured they're the experts. Their website said to upload photos with a desk, which I did. Still waiting....
