This review is long overdue. Roxanne the manager is absolutely the best . She really helps us stylists out . She goes above and beyond our needs . She is a hard worker who is always on time and very talented with her customer service , why because she truly cares about her clients, and it shows every time I walk in . I am forever greatful for her . She truly deserves so much more than this review. Thank you Roxanne

Do not recommend Cosmoprof. Go to salon centric or Bassett for quality and good service not a place that doesn't care for quality! Do not recommend treat do not bother to waste your time and money there!

I've been to many Cosmoprof and this location has the best customer service by far none. Whether I'm searching for products or returning items, every single associates has been amazing. They don't make me feel like I'm bothering them or looked annoyed when I ask questions. I always leave there feeling great because of the awesome customer service they provide. There are other locations close to my house but I rather make the drive to come to this one. I'll be back for sure!Yelp ya later!

Since Roxy has become manager, the customer service has greatly improved at this location. She has been incredibly helpful with special orders, dependably makes follow up calls, and remembers all the products I use and can give me a heads up with any helpful information regarding them. The other employees have been great as well!

Such a great spot!!!! The gentleman (can't remember his name) was the sweetest. Cosmo was just getting their shipment so a lot of stuff I needed was out but every time I asked he always ran to the back or told me something else that he would recommend. Now that's customer service for you

Shout out to Devin. He's extremely knowledgeable and really knows his product. It's really nice having a fellow artists and professional give you insight on brands and colors. I always love trying new things and Devin always steers me in the right direction. I've found my favorite products through him! Store is organized and as a professional they always do a great job getting you checked out quickly- which is a wonderful thing when you're between appointments or stopping in to grab something before a day of work at the salon. I love the bc hair repair and wish this store would keep more in stock.

I wish I had a better experience here. I came here over the weekend to purchase nail polish for the sale that was going on. I spent over $1,000 and it was a complete headache. Katie helped me and was very sweet but I have an issue with the business. After she rang up everything her system crashed and she couldn't get me a receipt of the purchase. I own a business and needed to write it off. She called her boss and they said they will email it to me once they got it. Then, her boss called me and told me i need to bring back all of the items so they can re run it through their computer systems to match their inventory. Girl, I spent 2.5 hours there. What makes you think I'm going come back to spend another hour so it helps you out. They didn't even care about my receipt or my experience. It was not cool. The girls were all very sweet but as a big business they need a better computer system not a cheap or old one. My main reason in writing this is for their establishment to invest money in a better computer system. They wouldn't even email me a receipt to verify how much I spent there when I paid more than half of my big purchase in cash and rest on card. Never again. I'm super upset!
