I’ve been visiting this nail salon consistently over the past two years and was shocked when I saw all these negative reviews. I’ve always had an amazing experience and the ladies (& Andy) do a great job for my DIP manicures and pedicures. Never experienced one issue or complaint, I frequently see Christine and she does a lovely job.

My experience wasn’t the best. It was my first time and I have no want to go back… the ladies are too concerned about pumping clients through the door, more clients more money. I get it, but for that reason they are so distracted in moving through the job quickly that they don’t pay full attention to what you ask for or what they are doing. They are a quantity over quality shop. I asked for a basic manicure and pedicure and next thing I know she is glueing fake nails on.. I asked for a lavender aroma with massage and when I looked she is using Jasmine lotion and just rubbing it in until the timer is up. My mom was with me, she asked for white nail polish on her toes and when they were done and we looked down it was baby blue… my mom didn’t hesitate and had them re do it and all of a sudden while doing my moms nails again they begin speaking loudly in their language, using a few words in English “words we said” I can’t say I know what they were saying but it still felt Uncomfortable. While all of this the shop is busy and people are coming through the door asking if there is time, they say yes to sit at a chair and wait a few minutes and they just keep bouncing around to each client. Makes sense to why they get things wrong, probably confusing with what the other person asked for… Also, everything is “extra $” even removing cuticles is an extra $5.. I thought any basic manicure it was included.. if I knew, I could of just painted my nails at home. It was just a bunch of little things. Things that could of been avoided if their priorities were the client and not how many clients they can get through the door. I don’t recommend this place, especially if your going to an event. Luckily I just wanted a spa day from a long few weeks of work.. even though it wasn’t anything I asked for, it’s not the end of the world, just a lesson for myself on how important quality is more important then quantity for the long run. Good luck ladies.Services: Foot massages

Got a regular manicure, no polish because my nails are allergic to it. $22, and the massage was probably 45 seconds long for each hand. Talk about doing a minimum.

The nail technician cut my cuticles so short that one of them was bleeding and had to have a paper towel held on it for several minutes. When I got home I realized many of my nails had wounded cuticles and I will now be attending a wedding with messed up fingers. Also I checked the prices when I got home and saw that the price that was told to me verbally to pay was actually $5 more than their listed price. I was told to pay $22 and I felt obligated to tip so I paid $27. The listed price for a manicure on their site is $17. I will not be returning.

They gave me a dermatitis allergic reaction. I’m allergic to gel polish. I asked them about 6 times if they could use regular polish because I’m allergic to gel. They said it’s no problem. I now have swollen and very itchy fluid leaking sausage fingers and a rash that won’t go away for 2-3 weeks and will last until I grow new skin. My technician also left my nails unfinished to go help with a number of walk ins even though I had an appointment. Thanks Cutee!

A bit pricey. Depends on who you get the service ranges from great to terrible. My lady was nice ! My friend's lady just wasted time and was unfriendly.

I have to say, this was a pretty horrible experience. First off, the man who did my pedicure made the cuticle on my big toe bleed and he didn’t even dab it with alcohol to clean it and make the bleeding stop. Now I have dried up blood on my pedicure. He also made my foot bleed when he polished off my callouses on my foot. Second, my hands feel tingly after getting a gel manicure and there’s a bit of dark fuzz underneath the polish that I am now stuck with. Very disappointed because I was getting my nails done for an engagement. Can’t wait to show off my ring on an ugly set of fingernails.Services: Manicure

Wow just wow!! This was by far the best pedicure I have received in a long time! I used to do nail once upon a time so I know what to look for. My cuticles were slayed, message was on point, and since I like gel on my toes Kalena applied the color perfectly. You know how sometimes when you get your nails done the color will bleed over onto your skin... I didn't have that at all! We came here because they were across the street from our hotel and I'm happy we chose this place! They do kids pedicures and walk-ins are welcomed we didn't really wait a long time either.

It was my first time coming back from being away for a year & but I was pleasantly surprised with the great service provided by sunny, one of many splendid nail technicians there. Not only was he friendly and funny but he also provided feedback to make my nails really come together. In the picture I wanted French tip which I got, with a sunny twist!!! Not only did he incorporate what I originally wanted but he made it better with the white nail art that he did by surprise. We also incorporated the studs I wanted and sunny of course guided me on placement and he KILLED it!!I absolutely love the friendly environment and the amazing nail technicians that really go above and beyond for their clients. Definite 10/10 place will go again

I left a longer review on Google but it seems like the staff doesn't check their reviews so I thought I'd post this here to warn you all. I went in to have my acrylic nails removed and instead of soaking and filing them down like they should have, the woman who helped me (didn't give me her name) started basically peeling the acrylic off from the sides using a plastic nail tip. She ripped too hard on one finger and literally ripped a huge chunk of my nail off. Like it was fully a bloody wound. She didn't apologize or acknowledge it, until late when she blamed it on me saying "my acrylic was still good so that's why they won't come off easily". She then started soaking the fingernails I do have left and walked away to help another customer. I sat there soaking for like 30 mins... with acetone on my bleeding wound lol. Needless to say it was really painful. Another woman came by and helped me eventually. But at the end she tried to charge me full price and when I asked for a discount considering they injured me she made me pay $5 which is just kinda funny at that point. But yeah avoid this place if you like your nails attached to your fingers

I came into Cutee Nails just to have my existing acrylic nails removed. The first woman that helped me started peeling my acrylics off from the sides with a plastic nail tip instead of just soaking them and filing them down like normal. On my middle finger I guess she ripped too hard and tore the top half of my nail off which of course was incredibly painful. She didn’t address it or even apologize, at that point she just put my fingers in a bowl of alcohol and then walked away while I “soaked”. She then started doing someone else’s nails and just left me sitting there soaking alcohol on my fresh bleeding wound for 30 minutes as she ignored me to help another customer. Eventually another woman came by and finished the removal, she was very nice and made sure to be extra gentle to not hurt me since the area is really sensitive. At the end they tried to charge me $10 which I’m assuming is full price? I asked if I had to pay the full amount since they literally ripped half of my nail off and left me with a bloody stump… they lowered the price to $5. I don’t really care about the money but the fact that they left me WORSE than I came in and still charged me for it was what bothered me. My sister got a set of acrylics done and they look great, I’m just disappointed with my personal experience. Pic attached is after I left the salon and washed my hands to scrub as much of the excess blood off as possible, and they trimmed my other nails to make the length of this one not look so much shorter than it previously was.
