I am handicapped in the staff at the desk was extremely nasty and refused to help me with even the simplest request. He stated we're not a hospital and violated the basic American with disabilities act. If you're handicapped never stay

I Love this place! They could stop the breakfast and just lower the prices, or offer a better breakfast with organics or just fresh fruit and vegetables?I walked to the beach in about 15 minutes one day. Me and my daughter enjoyed the snack bar at the moonlight beach I think it is called. I got the Sonoran dog and she had the childrens egg sandwich. The value is worth the money.

I checked in on 12-8-23 after having to wait because no one was at the front desk. I booked through Expedia. As soon as I walked into the room my eyes immediately started to water and there was a strong chemical smell. I noticed right away that the bed covers were dingy and disgusting. I did not want to put my bags on the bed or touch it but I had to get ready for an event so I put my bags on the table. A few minutes later my legs started itching like crazy. I grabbed my sanitizer and sprayed myself everywhere. When I turned the bathroom light on, the vent sounded like a jet plane. I rushed to get ready, put my bags back in the car and asked a friend if I could stay at her place because no way I spending the night in that bug infested, chemical smelling dirty room. I didn't even bother telling the front desk I left because I knew they'd tell me to take it up with Expedia for a refund. Considering the location of this place, they really need to just tear it down and start fresh. The corner of bathroom wall was literally crumbling.

We found the room clean, beds (2 queens) comfortable, we slept well, loved the dark curtains so we slept a little longer. The only complaint was one cockroach on the wall, which I dispatched with my shoe. I left the body on wall so housekeeping would see it. I did tell manager when I left and he was concerned.Other than that, I’d stay again. Great price, near where I needed to be, and beds were so comfortable!I liked the prepared breakfast bags with yogurt, juice, pastry, granola bar. All properly packaged and chilled.

I stayed a total of 7 days, the week before Thanksgiving to visit some family. Room service only cleaned empty rooms, and even when I left and requested service they just brought new towels and blankets and left when I came home bed was always unmade and old sheets still there. WORST PART is on Day 4 the roaches came out and I ddnt have more funds for another hotel with a deposit that was my gas money home but this place SUCKS outside of locationRooms: Hope u like roaches as roommatesWalkability: Beach accessNoteworthy details: Room service is super lazy

Pros: Very comfortable bed with pillows that far exceed most motels'Cons: Room was a bit musty, almost as if someone had been smoking in there. Room a tad dirty. TV had no remote, which seems important for using the appliance. A/C was pretty weak and did not cool the room.

Currently here. Cockroaches in the room. When we arrived we had no pillows. After a while we finally got pillows. We love to come here but this is the first time we have seen cockroaches in the room. It is a good location, lots of things to do within walking distance. But the cockroaches.. ick!

I wish there were no stars option. What an absolutely horrible place to stay. Never again! Fire alarm going off at 2 am for no reason, terrible beds, dirt parking, don't even get me started on "breakfast". Picture is a complete lie. Breakfast consists of a to go bag either a 2 year old danish, beat up granola bar and an orange juice. No turn down service. Unsafe stairs that are crumbling. Just the worst place ever.

this place was probably one of my top three most hotels or motels in our life. The rooms are small. very dated. they were also under construction which the desk person did not tell us so we had to walk around the entire building to get to our room on the second floor even though it was right around the corner from the other day. breakfast was a joke it was some kind of bag thing which we didn't bother to even take. The floor was broken up The toilet scared us into thinking we were going to have a spillage because it came up to the top before it even went down. it's right off interstate 5 if far enough away not to hear the traffic sounds. never again.

Location is not bad but if you are looking for a clean and functional place , look further. I know this is not even a 4-star hotel, but a cleanliness should be the basic requirement for Days Inn.Very disappointed by their managers' poor response to my complain on the day I stayed there. The shower did not drain and I had to take a shower in 5" of filthy water. I brought this to the front desk's attention and asked for some compensation. The woman at the front desk told me to email the manager and gave me the email address. I emailed him immediately. Since then, it was completely ignored. A week later when I called, and talked to the front desk manager, Gabriel, he told me 1) I did not email to the manager's email address so the manager knew nothing about the incident, 2) I would need to contact 3rd party I made my reservation from for complain, 3) they would respond only if the 3rd party contacted them on the incident. Sad to say this Days Inn's standard is very low.

If all you need is a place to take a shower and sleep at the lowest price this is it. Room showed wear and was very small. Bed was super hard, like sleeping on plywood. I booked for several nights and left after the first night.

Great location close to Moonlight Beach and really accommodating staff, but unfortunately the room I stayed in had a bed bug infestation. Front desk staff said they had a similar issue earlier this year. They offered to move me to another room, but I chose to move to another hotel nearby instead after washing and sanitizing all my belongings. Really not a great way to start a vacation but I appreciate their willingness to refund my stay. Keep an eye out and check your mattress if you choose to stay here!

We were able to check in effortlessly, and the location is prime! An easy walk to any convenience store or grocery store as well as fast food across the street. The rooms were kinda small and the parking lot is not well lit at night, but other than that it’s a decent spot.

Over $110 per night you get a very small motel room with a queen size bed. The Days Inn is not on the beach, there is about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the city’s Moonlight beach. But overall it is conveniently located, close freeway and a shopping center. Our three nights stay were very uneventful.Rooms: Small motel like room with a window AC unit.Nearby activities: Beach and downtown are within walking distanceSafety: Did not encounter any problemsFood & drinks: Grab and go breakfast
