Scarlett has made my El Camino Storage experience very delightful. I had some trouble finding the right size unit, and she was able to go out of her way to give me a tour and find the right one that suits my needs. She is always happy to talk to me about any concerns that I have.

Scarlett was a great help. Easy move in. She showed me around and got me all set up. The location is locked with a gate. And has easy access elevators for customers. The loading dock is a big help as well. Had carts to help haul things in as well.

I’d recommend this self storage to anyone.I have rented units here for over a year. The facilities have always been clean and safe. The manager, Scarlett is the best thing about this place. She communicates very well and tries to accommodate any requests I make. It gives me one less thing to worry about.
