Elan Quail Pointe in Encinitas is a beautiful and peaceful apartment complex tucked away in beautiful trees. The apartments are nice with new carpet. The complex offers a convenient location with close access to shopping, dining, parks, and entertainment. The property management is best in class, providing a safe and healthy environment. The manager is very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, helpful, and constantly updates the complex. The manager's service and hospitality is second to none, always looking out for everyone and checking in regularly to ensure residents are happy. This excellent tenant management creates an extremely enjoyable living atmosphere. Maintenance requests receive an excellent response rate, with the maintenance team making sure repairs are done fast, usually within one or two days. While the buildings are old and part of their original architecture, residents report a peaceful and enjoyable experience, fully recommending the place.
Tammy is so helpful and RESPONSIVE, always makes her self available and great communicator. I feel confident we will always be taken care of by property management at this complex

TAMMY !!!! Is definitely one I will missed not only is she constantly updating the complex and always providing a safe and healthy environment for all tenants. I sadly only lived here for a year but definitely the best property management I have experienced! I definitely will miss her and the staff.

My 2nd year here in this beautiful and now peaceful place after Tammy doing a great and hard job. This is a nice location! I fully appreciate it Tammy, she is the best!! I recommend a 💯 this place.
