I apologize for jumping the gun on this. After looking at my statement later you are correct that it adjusted to the correct dollar amount. I have adjusted my review. Just didn’t know of the delayed posting.
I have been going here for years and have been very happy. But the last 2 times I went, I stopped the wash and it stated the charge was $9.00 one time and $7.00 the other. My credit card was actually billed $15 one time and $20 the other. This is the second time so I guess I will go to a full service car wash in the future at that price.

This place double charged me, I didn't finish in the 15 minutes so I ran my card again cause it's supposed to stop and charge you by the minute but it charged me another $15 when I only used 7 minutes and turned the knob to stop, very misleading and shady.

Inconvenient location always full only four stalls credit cards don’t work. I guess I’ll try it at 3 AM.

I went there on a Tuesday about 10:30 am, it was an aprox 6 minute wait to get a stall. Everything was in working order except for the the vacuum I used had a finicky cc terminal,there was no wait to use the vacuum and it had good suction no air leaks. This do it yourself wash has Zero shade tarps at the vacuums..and why only 3 stars instead of 4 is the Money ...the wash terminal comes to a stop at $15 requiring you to re up the minimum $5 again I feel ripped off since I already put in the minimum. I just checked my bank statement they stole $2 from me with two single ghost $1 charges. If I didn't have an older car that shouldn't go through the auto machines it would have been half the price to pay for a full service standard wash elsewhere. ****Hey Buggy** you could have had a good return customer if you hadn't ghost stolen money I don't care how small amount it was.

Good, but the minimum is 5 dollars!!! Even if you only use 1 minute, they charge you the full 5 dollars!!
Spot free is bad.. left lots of spots
Vacuum is fine but not great
Wish I would have used my full time. Wasted my money

Only place I can only wash my car without using a brush all chemicals are awesome everything works clean all I'll take in care of gotta go there

I would give negative stars if I could. I've gone to countless self serve car washes all over socal and Phoenix. Never have I ever and never will I ever support the business of a bad person. Don't know if he is racist or he is homophobic but the owner lives on this property and expect to be harassed by him. He turned off my carwash and threatened to turn off the lights on my if I didn't leave. My car was covered in soap while he was harassing me. You're better off supporting the homeless people on the corners that wash your windshield than waste your time and money at this disgusting establishment

Credit card not accepted at car wash payment machine bay 2. I had to get change so machine gave me quarters. Guess what? Car wash payment machine coin insert slot was jammed. So, it wouldn't accept quarters or credit and I had no $1 or $5 bills that it said it would accept. Pain in the neck. So, I waited for another bay to clear (10 minutes) and used that bay. It worked fine. An attendant was on site so I explained the issue with the machine. He behaved as if he didn't know it and thanked me. He also cleared cross water lines and repaired broken air dry tube in my bay so I appreciate his help. Will try the car wash another time and see how reliably the payment machine works.

Wash stations overall are better than what I'm used to for self-service stations and all dials I've tried seem to work well, however, the prices are not good any more. $15 for a 5 minute wash? Just used the rinse and normal soap. This is basically the same price as a lot of actual car washes with labor involved that is not your own and free vacuum included. I'm pretty sure I was overcharged, and that it's not technically overpriced, but either way I'm going to have to dispute this transaction.

It was ok. Kinda run down. Junk in the lot. The vacuum didn't suck hard enough so it took longer than it should but I got it done.

If I could leave less than one star, I would! I was overcharged with several $5 and $1 payments... all adding up to $42. All I wanted was a QUICK soap and rinse. However, I couldn't get that because their machines likely don't get serviced regularly. Furthermore, the dial on their machines are loose and doesn't always select the setting correctly. Example: I would select only water and the foam brush would be activated. Not cool. Not going to pay that much for a wash that I do myself anyway. Pretty good scam if they are doing that intentionally. I called them at their listed phone number to reconcile, but was only able to get a voicemail in. It hung up on me before I could finish my message. DON'T GO HERE if you really care about taking care of your car and it's paint job. If you put the wrong solution on your car accidentally, you could end up ruining the finish. If you care about a business and your patrons, you should probably take care of your facility and service so that people can get what they expect out of it.Let me know if you find another reliable business. Thanks ahead of time.

Happy with service. One suggestion the blow drier handle is somewhat clumsy, could use some repairs.
