Such a pretty library! Great librarian service and great selection of books. The library bookstore out front also has a lot of great books for cheap!

This is an amazing library! Perhaps the best I have been to in San Diego County (I like Oceanside's library too). It has a beautiful patio with ocean views and it is sooo relaxing to read or work while outside. I also love the size, artwork and it is awesome to see how many people utilize the library. It is always so full of people who are happy and getting things done. I make this a regular stop when I am in Encinitas. I am grateful this resource and location is available!!

For such a huge library, so few outlets. That's really ridiculous in this day and age. It is a gorgeous space though.

I really appreciate the dedicated, enthusiastic, friendly and responsible service of the library staff. I enjoy the wonderful concerts held regularly here, as well as the various interesting and meaningful courses and activities for adults and children, such as yoga classes, painting and handicrafts, talent poets' gatherings, yoga classes, etc. This place provides a very quiet, warm and comfortable environment and place for reading and working.
