So disappointed in this bank... Customer service in some areas is the worst. I applied for a credit card about 3-4 months ago and haven't received any update on the matter (no confirm or deny), I've reached out about it multiple times and get no call back and no email response, just ghosted. Keep in mind my credit score is high 700's. I've never had such a hard time getting a credit card, usually banks throw credit cards at me.
The next HUGE issue with this bank is that there was a mistake with a Lowes payment and i was DOUBLE CHARGED for a fridge, washer, & dryer. I disputed the additional payment with this bank and provided all of the obvious proof of the mistake and they still took the money from my account!
Im their client and they don't do anything to help me! Im looking for a new bank to take my business to that actually cares about their clients...

Stacy , the branch manager was very professional and knowledgeable about the going rates on their CDs

I recently opened several accounts at Enterprise Bank & Trust Encinitas. I was introduced to Stacey Etherington by a colleague of mine. She went above and beyond to assist me. I highly recommend if you choose to bank at Enterprise Bank & Trust please engage Stacey. She's the reason to bank at the Encinitas branch.

What a way to welcome any NEW clients! Horrible all the way around. I would NEVER EVER recommend this bank to anyone. Horrible customer service. The Manager doesn't know how to behave like a manager at all Was parked outside to help my boys before I was to go inside to create a new account. I was there at 815AM. There was no one else in the parking lot. The manager was at the front door STARING at me and told me to leave or she would call the police. I was there less than 10 min. She stood there with her cell phone acting all MIGHTY telling me to leave. Bank doesn't open until 9am?! Their website says.."We're built on trusted, personal relationships, so we get to know you in a way the large financial institutions don't. That's why the relationship we develop, together, fuels our ability to tailor our banking, trust and financial advisory services to your unique needs." What! That's BS they DONT care
