I’ve been a loyal FedEx account member for over 10 years, and I’ve never encountered someone as rude and arrogant as Adam. After struggling for 20 minutes with the self-service machines to print a single page, I had no choice but to ask for help at the counter. Adam seemed annoyed when I mentioned the computer was broken and the self-service machine wasn’t working. He dismissively said there was nothing he could do.
When he printed my label, it came out full-page, so I asked if he could resize it. His response? A “no, I don’t do that.” His attitude was shocking and completely unprofessional.
Thankfully, another employee (a woman whose name started with an E) stepped in and quickly resolved the issue, which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. Adam has no place in customer service—truly disappointing and a letdown for my local FedEx experience.

Prints R awesome no curling bleeding and whatnot and low quality was on my end, i had a higher pixilation photo in the batch and that came out perfectly anyway super fast cheap and awesome 😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😛😛😛😛😛😛😛🤖

Regularly ship and print here, had passport photos done as a walk in. The employees are friendly and results always efficient and great.

I called for a last mintue (easy) print order and Rick helped me on the phone and he was able to rush it through in an hour! Super helpful, I appreciate the great customer service!!!

Don't let them scan your ID to ship anything. When did that start that it's some bs security reason they need to do that. Go to UPS
