Such a cute boutique, very friendly and helpful employees here. They take the time to ensure you are happy and always helpful with any and all questions. I recommend this place to my coworkers for gifts for their significant others and their friends. Always clean and taken care of, given space to shop so i dont feel crowded, but they are there to happily help. Wish the store was bigger to enjoy more of.

echoing what other users have said. Had a negative experience that felt racially charged. Wasn't gonna post about it, but I see other people have had the same experience. It's 2024. Do better.

Through and through, this was an awful experience with clear discrimination. The cashier named Ameya showed clear actions that she assumed that I (a Filipino) would either steal from the store or assumed I could not afford the dresses in hand as they eyed my sister and I while they completely overlooked a white mother and her daughter going through clothes at the front of the store near the entrance.
She was more than ready to talk with her coworker or the white mother but was quick to interrupt a conversation between my sister and I over dresses. After being pushed to buy a dress as it was part of the sale, I decided to return it since I felt like I could find a different dress that could make me happier.
A different cashier handling my refund asked for my ID. I am aware of the TRE (The retail equation) but it is also to my understanding that it is used when transactions violate store policies or mimic excessive behavior (returning used products and stuff like that). It was my first time at that francesca's boutique location and I was returning the dress within one hour of my purchase. I do not see how at the return of my purchase, I felt immediately investigated for scammer-like behavior when I returned it within less than one hour of 21 days of the francesca's boutique return policy AND in my second visit to this location meeting this new cashier for the first time that day, I was suspected of excessive behavior. I'm grateful that the second cashier's attitude was more friendly, but it be comfortable knowing I had to prove that I don't have abusive transaction behavior where the caucasian consumers were allowed to have long conversations with the workers.

Horrible experience here yesterday. The lack of professionalism and the explicit racial biases were so jarring. In summary:
1) The two ladies at the counter kept talking about college admissions and their high school clubs, and the moment we asked them questions about their sales they looked at us as if we were wasting their time and had a "Why are you even talking to us" attitude. First unprofessional red flag.
2) As my sister and I walked around the gallery we noticed that they would trail after us, almost like they were expecting us to just steal something. And we noticed it only because the moment I moved to one rack, they would too, and they would eye my hands each time I checked a dress or fabric.
3) I was buying a shirt from the clearance section and it was marked as $32.40, but I guess because it was the last one and it had the sale scribbled in pen, the cashier didn't believe it was $32.40 and charged me the original price of $54 for it, despite the fact that there was also a 30-40% sale on tops/blouses and it clearly had a clearance sticker on it. I ended up not going through with the purchase, but my sister ended up buying something.
4) Later that day, my sister wasn't feeling confident in her purchase. When she decided to return her item after lunch, the cashiers asked for her ID, asked her a dozen questions about why she was making a return, and they kept trying to persuade her to exchange her item rather than return it. It was so baffling because earlier that day when two older white women asked for a return, the cashiers did so with a smile and only asked them for their credit card, no questions asked, and the customers went off their merry way.
5) There was a cute Francesca's dress I saw online and when I asked the cashiers if it was in stock, they firmly said "No," and went back to checking their nails despite the fact that earlier that day they went out of their way for another customer and called another Francesca's branch in Temecula to ask if they had something in stock.
6) At some point when I was checking the racks, a group of middle-aged Filipino women came in speaking Tagalog and I was so happy to have them around because it finally felt like my sister and I weren't alone. We finally had a group of other Filipino women to make us feel like we weren't outcasts, but then when I turned to look at the cashiers they were looking at the group with disgust and sneering at them. And instead of offering any help or talking to them, the cashiers just kept looking at their nails, checking their phone, or helping other Caucasian customers who walked through the door. When other women came in speaking Farsi or Italian, the cashiers were so quick to accommodate them, but when it came to the Tagalog-speaking women, they would just leave them be and eyed them the way they eyed me and my sister.
I normally love Francesca's but if this is the type of people they hire, then I will have to check out other brands because this was a belittling experience. It's so sad that it's 2024 and yet, I felt like I was living in an era of segregation.

This Francesca's used to be great. The employees used to be so friendly and helpful. But in the past few months I've had horrible service. I don't know if management changed, but the current employees are very snotty and rude. I won't be returning to this Francesca's location

Love that Francesca's always has cute trendy clothes. The staff at this location were very friendly and supportive. They were super body-positive to clients that came in to return stuff that they didn't like. I'm sure it's to make a sale, but I love the positive atmosphere regardless.

Horrible customer service, I went today to shop around 4 pm and the person working there at the register was very rude because I had to buy gifts for a lot of people and I asked her a few questions and she gave me a lot of attitude, i’m definitely not going back.( I don’t know the cashier‘s name but she was in her 40s or 50s )

I don't go clothes shopping much, but this is my go to store for when I do! I almost always find something I love here. Long dresses (think, resort wear) are my favorite find here. Prices really vary throughout the store, so pay attention. Service has always been good. Parking can be kinda tough on weekends, but just takes patience.
