Great deals and cute apparel/ accessories. Ameya was very helpful and friendly. She was able to answer all our questions and more. She definitely improved our experience and made us enjoy our shopping time even more, we will be back! Thank you very much!

This Francesca's used to be great. The employees used to be so friendly and helpful. But in the past few months I've had horrible service. I don't know if management changed, but the current employees are very snotty and rude. I won't be returning to this Francesca's location

Love that Francesca's always has cute trendy clothes. The staff at this location were very friendly and supportive. They were super body-positive to clients that came in to return stuff that they didn't like. I'm sure it's to make a sale, but I love the positive atmosphere regardless.

Horrible customer service, I went today to shop around 4 pm and the person working there at the register was very rude because I had to buy gifts for a lot of people and I asked her a few questions and she gave me a lot of attitude, i’m definitely not going back.( I don’t know the cashier‘s name but she was in her 40s or 50s )

I don't go clothes shopping much, but this is my go to store for when I do! I almost always find something I love here. Long dresses (think, resort wear) are my favorite find here. Prices really vary throughout the store, so pay attention. Service has always been good. Parking can be kinda tough on weekends, but just takes patience.

I bought a pair of sunglasses and brought them back five days later to return in the original packaging with the receipt. The only thing I could not find was the little sticker tag from the side. I was told I could not exchange them for store credit. I could not return them at all. I have returned items to this store several times with only the receipt. I told the manager this, and she was condescending towards me, telling ME I was speaking to her rude. My husband had just had a heart attack a week prior, so I was severely stressed I could not believe she was speaking to me the way she was. She kept saying I was talking to her rude all because I said It is not ethical to exchange items for someone one day with no tags and not another. I had returned items to her in the past which is why I was so confused. It was almost like she was doing it for control. I am a local. I have been shopping at this Franseccas for over ten years for gifts etc. They have lost me as a customer. I sat in my car crying for 30 minutes after this incident. It was very un comfortable, and I said some things I probably should not have said when I left the store. I have never been treated like that before at a retail store. It felt like I was in a movie. I had been helped by this manager before, and she has always been upbeat, helpful, and accommodating. I will make sure my staff, family, and friends Know about what happened.

I work in customer service and your employees could use some training. Giselle (at the forum)was rude/argumentative and refused to follow the return policy clearly stated on your website. She wanted to refund me the total amount in store credit when I paid a majority of it on my card. She didn't listen to me and kept talking over me. She insisted I was wrong. I asked if someone else could help me which they did but they also rolled their eyes at me. I left with my items and went to the Carlsbad Shoppes boutique where Tiffany helped me and refunded my items ,refunded me to my original payment method. No questions asked she was great and that is how your customers should be treated. She didn't even need my card she it's automatic so Giselle needs to be retrained so your customers want to come back because I won't be shopping at the forum location. Props to Tiffany who I explained my situation to and was sympathetic/apologetic.

Love the jewelry and the store but the customer service could have some work. Was in there with a couple friends on an early Thursday morning when they first opened. To start we were not greeted but then just listened to the workers nearly scream the whole time that we were so annoyed we left. The employees were talking about how the sign outside one of the co workers wrote looked horrible and were being extremely obnoxious and loud. It was too loud.

I stopped by this location when I was in the area and the employee provided me with excellent customer service. She was super friendly and tried to make suggestions on items that would look great on me. Unfortunately I wasn't in the mood to try anything on but all the apparel looked lovely. This season they have a lot of pink items if you love pink. Check it out!
