Called in with some questions and spoke with Bailey. Ended up going in and buying a wetsuit after he dropped some solid knowledge. It was worth the price difference of going into the store and learning a couple of things vs saving a couple of dollars online. If I didn't go in and talk with him I wouldn't have gotten the right size online and wouldn't have known the difference as guy just now jumping into the sport. Shop brick and mortar, at least getting into it :) Thanks, Bailey!

Spent time in Hansens as a young lad. Stopped in awhile back and was telling a story about my youth and the owner overheard me and actually remebered me. Bought some nice T-shirts. Great business with a great atmosphere.

I had a major issue with my ski boots... pressure points, constantly hurting my feet, and then I met Squeely!! he works upstairs at Hansen and performed some miracles on my boots. Super comfortable now. love his knowledge and expertise and patient demeanor as we worked through the issues. many kudos to him and Hansen's.

Got a demo snowboard (libtech skate banana) and bindings. The bindings were crazy loose. Would recommend mounting your own boots and bindings if ur gonna get a demo

Hansen's is a local legend and I finally know why. I popped in to ask about an upcoming ski rental reservation that I made. The guy that helped me could not have been nicer. I actually felt bad because he stopped what he was doing and not only answered my questions but got me measured and encouraged me to take down some notes. He even apologized when he stepped away for one minute to chase down a customer who had left their credit card (I didn't mind at all). He was so thorough and earnest - next level service for sure!

Squealy was incredible with my son's ski boot adjustments. My son is a unique case with feet that are very different size and shape and Squealy took the time to diagnose and come up with a solution that not only works for ski boots but baseball cleats and everything else he does. He's the real deal, very knowledgeable and takes the time to get it right!

Fabulous ski boot fitting service- I took in my 3 year old boots that weren't fitting well. Boot techs in Jackson Hole, Snowbird, and Mammoth had all tried but they still weren't right. Squealy took the time to diagnose the problem and got them fitting much better- much more comfortable and more high performance. I'm so pleased with the service!
