Kellen was super friendly while I was checking out. The guy in the paint section was also really helpful about picking out the type of spray paint I needed. Sometimes I get weird looks because I’m alternative but when I told them I needed paint for graffiti they were still really cool about it. Love this Home Depot

Tried to buy batteries for power tools. The employees had a key but said he was busy restocking plastic boxes and could not help, he was 3 feet away from the product. Then i waited 10 min, i ended leaving. Just going to ACE instead. They are to big to care and will burn your time.

Home a depot’s merchandise selection is good. I recently went into buy a keypad door lock and later discovered the same Schlage lock on Amazon for substantially less money. If price is an issue, this might not be the best place to shop—at least for non-sale items.

Waited over 45 minutes at doors and frames as this older guy was training this younger girl with extreme attention while ignoring a line of 3 people patiently waiting behind the desk.
Walked over to two staff at the key station nearby…pointed me to an aisle.
Help at Home Depot simply isn’t like it used to be.

This Home Depot is great - friendly employees, well stocked, and Mark especially takes customer service so seriously for the online orders and pickups. He’s always a delight to see when I have a curbside order!

I couldn’t get anyone to help me get a cheap powertool. They are locked up so you need service. No one at the registers would help me to even call someone. Finally found the guy with the codes. There were several other people that needed to get similar items but he couldn’t help them because he had to walk with me to the register. The person who couldn’t be bothered to call for me was there to watch my every step while I was paying. They put about 4x as much effort into making me feel like a suspect than providing service. In all it would’ve been faster to go over to lowes.

10/10 for Olivia in customer service... I had what I thought would be a very simple online order pickup the guy who was helping me, held his hand up to cut me off during my explanation of what was going on and what I needed to pick up, before I could even say what I wanted to say. (Mind you I got a phone call from this store the day before saying that they needed to look at a specific note when I came in for pickup) the older guy helping me got totally confused, because he didn't listen to what I needed to tell him, he pulled another delivery guy from the back. these two could not figure out the order, they said they needed a call some WSN or some other corporate number or something because it's delivery was odd and I seemed unreliable with my information, Olivia then comes over and listens to me. and listened to my entire explanation and found my order in 2 seconds. I was so happy that another woman came over to helped me find what I needed to find. It was super simple and easy and she handled it.
This is sometimes why women hate coming into stores like this because the gentleman who work there don't listen to us and they cut us off and they think we're stupid before we even can say what we need to say and it's so obnoxious

I've been buying paint for 20 years this place is the slowest and rudest place I've ever seen.. the lady is very rude. And thinks she knows everything but hasn't got a clue! Took 45 mins for them to finish mixing my paint!!
