Don’t tip it hinders the employees and the customer service , a business should overcompensate their employees pay them fair livable wage and give them good benefits , Jamba Juice is billion dollar franchise they need to up they pay so they get happier workers not pass that responsibility to consumers who are already taxed and living pay check to pay check

I had an awful experience at this location. First off, I got 2 waffles and when the woman working placed them on the counter to pass them to me she dropped one of them on the ground. I would be willing to let this slide because it's an accident, but what happened next really disappointed me. A woman had just stepped into the restroom and another customer had came in and wanted to use it, and the employee needed to unlock the door to let him in. The employee didn't even knock on the door before just unlocking it and exposing the lady. He didn't seem apologetic at all, actually he laughed with the guy customer and they thought it was pretty funny. Really embarrassing behavior from a couple of grown adults.

Once a year, I bring about 150 middle school students through (in 3 different groups throughout the day) to get smoothies and celebrate the year. Just like in the past, Jamba crushed it this year. They were super attentive, flexible and prompt with our crazy smoothie orders. Thank you, thank you, thank you, for the awesome service and help today! Lots of happy middle schoolers!

Ummm, I just spent $10 on a açaí bowl. It was the worst açaí I have ever tasted, had a tiny piece of old banana and a couple of other pieces of old fruit. Threw it out after two bites. Also, it was tiny. Never again Jamba Juice.

Gosh, this place is bad! Very slow which I can deal with but when you get two Ascai bowls that are filled up a third of the way, that's just ridiculous. I asked the lady and she put a tiny scoop of Ascai on top. Not sure if the employee didn't know or it's a new Jamba juice thing. Definitely better options considering how they are now cost reducing so much.

When I arrived at the location, two young boys helped me. One of them was named Ryan and the other Travis, both so sweet, and adorable ;)! My smoothie was definitely made with love. If you want a delicious smoothie with great service, come to this jamba!

Ordered a green juice and then watched the employee look at the juicer confused for a couple of minutes, which is fine. But, what's not tight is he scratched his nose then grabbed a cucumber and juiced it. :/ Also they blended my spinach and didn't juice it so I can turn my cup sideways and the "liquid" doesn't move. Consistent with other reviews

Jamba Juice is still around and made it through the good and bad times. I like their protein drink PB chocolate love and an apple cinnamon pretzel. Good to order online and the food and drink is ready to go.

I made a yelp account just to review how horrible my experience was with this location. I also will be writing a full review on doordash too. That says a lot that i didn't have a yelp account prior to this, because it takes a lot for me to want to write a bad review since i usually feel bad doing so. I just want to clarify i only ordered TWO drinks very simple order, a fruit smoothie drink and a gotcha matcha with tapioca boba on doordash. My dasher waits at the place for around 15 minutes, and ends up leaving. Now i just know jamba juice doesn't have lines through the doors at 7:30 PM, so that definitely wasn't the cause of how long it took them to make two drinks. My dasher ended up leaving and the order got reassigned to somebody else. My next dasher picks up the order (it's now around 25+ minutes since the order was placed), and then he drops it off quickly. I open the bag and immediately can tell they completely messed up one of the two drinks. Really??? The gotcha matcha i ordered was replaced with a HALF FULL cup which isnt even actually half full!!!!! It's literally 80% crushed ice and then a splash of what looks like pee. I have 0 idea what's in this cup they gave me, but the fact whoever was working this shift at 7:30PM sept 8, thought it would be okay to give a paying customer a half full cup of what clearly isn't green and clearly doesn't contain boba. I'm actually so confused how they messed up my order this badly it almost feels like this was done on purpose. This location literally has like 5 reviews, most of which are negative for a reason. I get that mistakes happen but this couldn't have been a mistake, whoever is working there shouldn't have given a customer a half full cup full of 80% ice even if they did mix up drinks/orders. Plus if you're not competent enough to fulfill two drink orders, then you probably shouldn't be hired. Honestly a slap in the face to receive such a joke of an "item"
