However, some experiences involved long waits, particularly when the system was down. In these instances, the office staff remained super patient and friendly, even with frustrated patients. Despite delays, lab technicians were often described as very friendly and professional. It is recommended to make an appointment first, as this can be a busy lab. While some patients found the system for queuing patients to be flawed, leading to significant waits past appointment times, the front desk staff in these situations remained calm and pleasant. Phlebotomists were still professional and efficient. Despite these challenges, some individuals were able to walk in and out quickly, finding the employees friendly and helpful.
I've always had a great experience here just walking in without an appointment. If you don't want to wait 15 minutes schedule an appointment online, it's super easy. The technicians are excellent and you would never know I had a blood test they're so precise.
