WOW! Working with Laura Silva as my buyer’s loan officer was the BEST decision we could have ever made! At first, I was a little hesitant, as Laura is in CA, on the west coast, and we were working in a purchase here in VA on the east coast, however, after the very 1st conversation with Laura on day one, I knew that she was knowledgeable, experienced, and quite well versed in all her mortgage product offerings! If anyone can get your buyers approved & get it to the finish line of closing — She will do it, and do it ON TIME! She was AMAZING!!

Laura from APM helped my wife and I buy our home in 2019. Like most people, our credit wasn't great and we didn't know what we didn't know. Laura took the time to walk us through everything. She stepped us through the math to figure out what we could afford, she made sure we had as much education as possible for any given decision, even when it came to something as simple as explaining what all would be involved in a credit check, so we could be informed before giving her a "yay" or "nay".
We took all of her advice with regard to getting our credit sorted for the purchasing process, she made herself available to us in case we had any questions about any of the paperwork, and she was honest with us about all costs. I was on the phone with her while signing docs so that we could be 100% certain that what we were signing matched what Laura had told us we'd be signing and what it all meant.
We were so thrilled with our experience with Laura that we set a date for six months from initial purchase to do our rate-lowering refinance with her. Same thing, she explained everything along the way and made the process as easy as possible for us. Then, when my grandparents were in need of a home, we contacted Laura again and she gave them the same level of service that she had given us previously.
To this day I periodically call Laura to keep an eye on the rates and which options are available to our family with regards to our home, especially when the news says something about the real estate market that sounds especially egregious. Laura always picks up and answers all of my questions, more like a teacher and knowledgeable friend than "a bank looking to do anything possible to get my business", and I trust her advice implicitly. If every Loan Officer at APM is anything like Laura, then it truly is the best hidden gem in the West.

Laura is a fabulous loan officer. She is friendly, professional, and most importantly she is extremely knowledgeable about home loans. As a Realtor, I know that my clients will be in great hands when I send them to Laura. She is great at explaining things and simplifying the process. She is also very quick to respond to texts and phone calls, which is important when you're working through a transaction. Highly recommend!
