I'm giving this location 5 stars because what the employees have to put up with, I truly don't understand majority of the people that come in here acting like it's some sort of thrift store trying to make a deal in a RETAIL store it's absolutely ridiculous!! The fact I've seen grown adults throw temper tantrums cause they want something honored blows my mind and makes me think that the people here haven't been to a store before or have done there own shopping. I truly can't express how such a nice neighborhood being filled with some of cheapest people I have ever seen in my life disgusts me. I'm sorry for the employees who look like they are mostly high schoolers getting yelled at by adults who should know better, way to set a example Encinitas, I've seen a grown man yell at a worker there for paint for rocks! Every time I go there someone is always trying to get prices lowered and the poor cashiers and supervisors can't tell these overgrown spoiled brats no. The workers are fine but the customers here can truly be disgusting and spoiled babies

Improvement for sure at the encinitas location . Less messy, More organized , christmas seasonal is being put out. Get there early, it sells put FAST! They do need more people on the floor...

Always a good store to buy at supplies. Wide range of craft departments. Good paint color options. The acrylic paint brushes need to be well stocked. There is no option every time I visit. Could not find brushes that I needed. Overall, it's a good store for beginners. Not helpful for professional painters. Maybe rarely find stock.
