“Christine Bowman, Dawn Miskulin, and the entire Silver Linings team, owned and operated by Jami Shapiro, provided an outstanding experience for our clients' move to Redwood Terrace. Despite the complexity of coordinating an interstate move alongside another move management company, every detail was handled with professionalism, compassion, and exceptional attention to detail by them. Our clients repeatedly shared how beautiful their new home looked and how quickly they felt comfortable and at home. Special touches, including Christine's heartfelt gift of a painting of their former Oregon home, along with the team's continued support after move-in, made the transition even more meaningful. Having worked with many move management companies over the years, I can confidently say that Silver Linings is truly exceptional. Their communication, care, and commitment to their clients are second to none. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trusted and compassionate move management partner. “Mike and his team moved my mother-in-laws prized possessions to an assisted living apartment. The care and attention to detail was awe inspiring. So patient with many demands and requests from our entire family. Mike and his team met and exceeded all of our requests. When everything was moved in, the experience and a depth of design knowledge kicked in. Placement of pictures and furniture made us feel like we were working with a high end home design firm. Thank you Mike, chuck and Penny for a wonderful experience during a very difficult time.”

“found this storage and like the price and location . i feel very safe and secure when i stop by no matter the hour , though very unfortunate that there is NEVER carts and it sucks that i'm on the third floor . having to make multiple small trips sucks , being told the carts have airtags and are continuously in people's storage is honestly ridiculous . there should be a fee or something to keep people from stashing carts / hoarding them . had this storage for a month and have never seen a cart.”

6350 Yarrow Drive Ste D, Carlsbad CA 92011
“From start to finish, this company has been exceptional. They took incredible care of our belongings. We had prepared the return by purchasing felt pads to place under the furniture and then learned that they had already put new pads on everything. They also wiped everything down. We had to change day and time of delivery more than once, and Armando was kind and accommodating. When you have to have Pack Out services because of unfortunate home issues, everything is very stressful. Very grateful that at least this company has made this one issue so much easier and actually pleasant. Special shout out to Armando, Osmar, Gui ,Kevin, Christian, Ivan, Luis and Richard. Thank you!”

She made sure the team was up to date and responsive, and answered ALL of my questions and concerns at every hour of the day (or night). She was amazing, and made this process for me seamless and worry free. She deserves to be top of her company as her skills and talents of what she does is unmatched. JILLIAN thank you so much!”

“Well, this is what you call excellent customer service! I had 2 pianos moved by Encore on the same day...one that was near and dear to my heart as I replaced it with a beautiful baby grand piano. I was referred to them by the Steinway Piano Company, and I couldn't have been happier with their service, their excellent communication throughout the process, their professionalism in padding and protecting the instruments, and their fair competitive pricing. I knew my baby grand was well cared for upon transfer. A team of four strong men seamlessly delivered, put together, and placed my piano in the right position with much expertise and care. They know what they are doing! I highly recommend...I did a lot of research prior to choosing them as I wanted the best, and I believe they ARE!! You can't go wrong! Thank you Encore!!”

“I have my business products and supplies stored here for 7 years. I haven't ever had any problems. The onsite manager is amazing. She is professional, polite, and goes above and beyond what I think her duties entail. I would like to see their open hours to be extended, especially in the summer. But I'm probably to only one. Plus, it keeps the riff raff away. If you don't need a climate controlled storage, I would recommend this place. Prices are a little less than the average of similar places around there.”

“I've been using this Uhaul location for about 3 maybe 4 years to cart local florals and decor to wedding clients all over Southern California. Each time I receive a clean van, good customer service and typically close to a full gas tank, which is so nice. Other nearby Uhaul locations often leave you with just 1/2 a tank which is a bummer way to start off a trip! I highly recommend this location and I always try to book far enough out to be able to rent from this location.”
