Dr Shah was great, but I got a bill for a very simple message I sent him through the portal, the bill I received cost more than my co-pay for an in-office visit! I've never been billed for a portal message before, especially such a simple question I sent. Patients should be able to message providers at no cost between visits, a $48 bill for a simple message is outrageous.

Such a helpful staff!! Feel truly cared about and that the doctors have enough time and energy to be thorough. Super appreciative of Julie Palmer PA, makes stressful health issues less overwhelming!

After a very negative experience at my prior GP, Dr. Clotfelter was a breath of fresh air. She takes the time to genuinely connect with her patients & is attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The practice is also a well oiled machine. I was in and out in record time & the front desk personnel & medical assistants were wonderful. Can’t say enough good things about NCFMG & Dr Clotfelter.

Were this a fairer country, Dr. Frederick Frumin standing trial for gross negligence, malpractice, medically unnecessary invasive surgery, and intimate assault of a minor. However due to the flawed statue of limitations any chance I had of recompense slipped through my fingers after I had turned 27. This cautionary review is all I can provide in hopes I can spare future patients from the for-profit mutilation industry. While he is now listed as a generalist in family medicine on most websites, his roles extend into pediatric urology and from my own experience and resulting life-lasting intimate disfigurement to my intimate region; a practice he should stay out of for the rest of his life as well as the butchers like Dr. Sword at the NCFMGTo simplify the subject matter, I was cÍrcÚmcÍsed for zero medically justifiable reason and as a result of Dr. Frumin's poor works on my infantile body of two weeks of age, have been rendered with an intimately debilitating disfigurement that has left the ventral side of my shaft without any usable outer skin. The amount of usable skin on my ventral dermal length could be measured in centimeters, effectively degloving my most sensitive anatomical structure from the underside. This overzealous removal of my fully functional, non-diseased, non-phimiotic genital skin resulted in my body being forced to adapt to the sudden disappearance of healthy tissue by pulling up my scrotal skin to make up for the missing dermal coverage and as my body continued the grow, more and more was stretched out until the ventral side of my sensitive region had such a severe case of sack webbing, it resembled that of the floppy vestige of a turkey's neck.As for the allegation of negligence, not only was this entirely preventable, but one could argue it was done intentionally given the wealth of information available to Dr. Frumin not only by the well documented complications associated with his device of choice used to cÍrcÚmcÍse me, but also the existence of other devices for tissue removal that had lesser risk factors like the gomco clamp or plastibell.Unfortunately for me, Dr. Frumin decided instead to go about my medically unnecessary procedure with no way to obtain meaningful consent from me, the patient, with a device that even back in the 90s was well known to be complication prone called the Mogen clamp, or sometimes called the jewish shield clamp. This adherence to a risk prone device in combination with Dr. Frumin's poor usage of said device resulted in too much of my skin being pulled through the clamp with a bias towards my ventral skin and after the procedure, left me permanently disfigured with an improperly performed operation effectively replacing my ventral dermal layer with a stretched layer of sack skin that became increasingly problematic as I've aged.To make matters even more damning, Dr. Frumin, according to firsthand experience from my mother's perspective told her that I was "quiet" and that I made "a peep and slept through the rest of it" which is not only factually wrong, but also a complete a total lie backed up by medical documentation dating back to 1978. I did not "sleep through it", all medical fact points towards that I instead suffered through so much pain that the shock of it rendered me paralyzed through the procedure instead. You cannot trust Dr. Frumin to have your patient's best interests at heart. He will use antiquated risk prone methods, and then lie to you about the experiences of your child straight to your face. In any other medical field, he'd risk losing his license over this and rightfully should.

I was irrevocably mutilated and maimed by Dr Frederik Frumin who frequents this clinic as a 2 week old baby. Because of flagrant disregard for my own bodily autonomy and right to choice, I must now be forced to live with permanently altered and butchered intimate anatomy that I had no choice in whether I would consent to the operation or not.

I chose NCFMG by closing my eyes and just taking whatever choice I landed on while filling out my insurance paperwork. Boy, was that the best, most fortunate blind choice. I have since found my medical “people”. Dr. Duck is kind, helpful, a critical thinker with his medical advice & most importantly, gets my sarcasm. His staff are personable, competent, and supportive. Their office is large, clean & modern. The online availability for messaging or tele-health visits are right there with the best of them. If you get the opportunity, choose this medical group. Thank you NCFMG for always treating me like a human, respecting my time and keeping me in the direction of good health.

These medical "professionals" are nothing more than sadistic p3d0 sympathizers who revel in lying to parents about the risks and permanent damage caused by MGM (or as you like to call it, circ)Instead of respecting my bodily integrity, they lied to my parents about such debunked information (repeatedly debunked by multiple difference studies) the false statistics about how it should keep me clean, the misinformed assumption that I would like it, the blatant lies that it doesn't reduce sensitivity, and the absolute disregard for my own bodily autonomy and my right to have my own body and wishes respected. If you really want the TRUE information on the atrocity that MGM/circ really is, read here: norm(dot)org/respect-your-sons-body/

Dr. Clotfelter is the most caring physician I have ever visited. She knows medicine, and perhaps more importantly, she understands her patients' needs and concerns. I feel absolutely comfortable talking with her about very personal issues. She's the best! I'd give her 10 stars if I could.

I went in the a physical that should be free with my annual visit and come to find out they billed me because the doctor asked me other questions that I was unware I would get billed for outside a normal physical. This company has billed me over and over again and I feel like a number and not a patient. Money hungry and could care less about your health.

North Coast Family Medical Group is awesome! I've been going to this office for over 10 years, and I have only had positive experiences. The front office is professional and polite. I never have to wait long in the waiting room to be called, and my appointments start in a timely fashion. I'm always impressed by the group's doctors, physician assistants, and nursing staff. My primary care doctor is Dr Kakimoto, and she is exceptional! Now in my 50's, I've never had another doctor who has even come close to her level of care, attention, professionalism, dedication, kindness and expertise in her field. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. Dr Kakimoto and the entire staff at North Coast Family Medical Group are outstanding. I highly recommend this office for your medical needs.

Main point: Put up a sign if you’re fully booked. Don’t walk by waiting people without comment or direct them to enter all their data only to tell them you’re fully booked. If you don’t want that frustrated sick person asking you why they had to wait 15 minutes to be told the walk in clinic is booked, POST IT CLEARLY.Entered a quiet MC at 8:30 AM after being referred there by my doctors office. Waited patiently for the kiosk as a woman helped two very elderly patients check in. Both nurses passed across the waiting area with no comment or greeting. Got my turn at the kiosk and entered all my info only to be told they had no appointments for three days. The two patients were now being seen and the place was literally empty. Asked the nurse when she came out again and was told they’re fully booked. No walk ins. Can’t comment on the level of care.

I was a patient in 2018-2019ish and I left due to several reasons. One was constant billing problems. Every singe visit I had a billing issue and it be came very frustrating. I would mention it every time I check in but it happened each visit anyways. After I left they sent me to collections for the same billing error, they did catch it after sending it to collections and took care of it but at that point it's beyond professional, I work at a medical office and we'd never let that happen to our patients. Second, I fell on an iced drive way in early 2018 and hurt my tailbone. It took a very long time to heal. After my hip started to pop and ache. It effected my job and was constantly in pain. I came in more than once for this issue and each time I was met with "you need to stretch more". Despite explaining that I spend hours after work stretching, massaging etc and am in constant pain. Cut to now, my new doctor sent me to a specialist. The lining of my hip socket is torn and I've been enduring the pain and discomfort of that this whole time!!! I'm now in physical therapy. Please don't be afraid of getting a second opinion, doctors are people and people can be ignorant regardless of their schooling.

Super dissatisfied with the service of this office. I have never met more resistance in trying to see my doctor. These other reviews must be fake. If you can choose someone else you should. I almost have a medical emergency and they won't see me for 2 weeks. What's the point of a doctor....

The staff at NCFM is way overworked. PAs and doctors routinely run 20 to 30 minutes late. If you push back on that, you get a letter from them saying how upset they are about YOU!! So with all the doctors out there, I think it best to choose one that can handle the workload, is on top of their processes, and will see you on time.
