My husband and I went shopping at many stores to try to find a hybrid comfortable mattress. . We went and looked at Ortho mattresses in Encinitas and the salesman Jose and Justin were so knowledgeable and helpful in finding us the perfect, most comfortable bed that addressed our back issues. We bought the plush streamline M1 Airloom mattress. After testing many brand mattresses like Saatva etc. we realized how much better the Airloom bed was constructed. The craftsmanship makes the bed feel like you are floating on top of the mattress and not sinking down like the tempurpedic mattress I have now. The bed is so plush and soft and comfortable it does not compare to any other mattress that we tried out in out stores. We are so pleased with our purchase and it will be arriving in less than two weeks..

I bought a mattress here with the help of Jose at ortho mattress. Jose was incredibly helpful in ensuring I was purchasing the best mattress for myself. Based on my mattress preference and budget, Jose provided me several options to test out until we landed on the perfect mattress. Dealing with Josè at Ortho Mattress was a phenomenal experience. The mattress I bought from him ended up being a little too firm for my back after giving it a couple months to break in, so he told me to come back in and he'd help me pinpoint the exact type of mattress I should be using--which he would swap with my current one. He was really knowledgable on the back issues I was experiencing and was able to find the perfect mattress to combat. Once it was delivered, I could feel a difference in how I felt literally the next day. Long story short, Josè was worked with me for months to make sure I was in the right mattress for my body at a price I could afford. Ortho is the best!

They have a wide range of mattresses from lower end to luxury. Each mattress has a flyer that states its price and firmness level (other stores I went to you have to ask the price of each mattress, which gets annoying). Jose was super nice and a mattress enthusiast! He helped explain the pros and cons of each mattress, and even of mattresses I mentioned I had seen in other stores. He really knows his stuff and wasn’t pushy.

Let me save you 6 months of researching and hunting for the right mattress at an affordable price. Introducing, Jose. Jose was knowledgable beyond his years and after a painful process of online shopping mattresses, Jose was happy to work with me to find the perfect mattress to address my back pain and many restless nights. I could have skipped the 6 months of research and gone straight to him and known that he had my absolute best interests in mind. I experienced no hard pushy selling with Jose and he gave me his work cell to contact him if I experienced any issues at all. I work with a lot of sales people and can say without a doubt that this was the best sales experience I've had in a LONG time.So here's what you need to do, go to this store and ask for Jose. Prepare to spend some time trying the mattresses in the store and talk to him about your needs. I'm confident you'll enjoy the experience and find what you need. I know I did!

Encinitas has plenty of mattress stores to choose from (along with self storage), but we were happy to buy our mattress from Justin at Ortho Mattress. Very knowledgeable and helpful and super easy to deal with. Thanks!

We had a great experience at Ortho Mattress. Jose was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. My husband has back issues and Jose took the time to carefully show us options in our price range and what might work best to relieve his pain (and snoring). We got the new bed delivered in less than 48 hours (and financed at 0% for 18 months) and our old bed was removed. It was such a painless process, I wish we had gone sooner.

I walked in knowing NOTHING about mattresses other than I needed to upgrade to a King. Jose met me at the door and covered absolutely everything from my price point to what I ultimately wanted in my mattress. I tried 4 different options and we found the perfect mattress for me. I was looking at a few options online and I'm so glad I walked in randomly. They had the mattress I wanted in stock and is getting delivered on time of my move! My girlfriend and I are so happy with our choice and I highly recommend coming into the Encinitas location because Jose knows what he's talking about !!
