Excellent service and great job guys!
Stuart, Ken And Alejandro were so polite. They didn’t try to upsale me for windshield wipers. Thank God!
But the did make me a great offer on a new set of tires at great price. I’ll probably be back for that.
Also.. I heard Stuart handle it a particularly difficult customer like a pro!

We have a flat tire it’s the 4th of July and the whole family was in the car. This was the only place that was open. We asked if they could fit us in for a tire to get home and they simply said no that they had not time for us. All I can say is if this were Discount Tires they would have made room to help so that a family wouldn’t be stranded in the heat. This was not a good experience at all.

Stay away from this location. I thought I was getting an honest experience and later found it all to be untrue. I will be fighting tooth and nail to make this right with corporate office.

I always bring my vehicles to the Pep Boys in Encinitas. They have an excellent mechanic ( Derrick) that can fix anything.

I was so glad to find out that Pep Boys is open on Sundays, as I couldn't put off getting my slow leak fixed in between trips up to Orange County. Alejandro was very informative about my options and was able to get the tire done quickly, even with a full bay of repairs.

Fixed my tire same day. Front desk friendly and kept me updated. Open on Sundays which is nice. Not overpriced.

My first 1 star Google review but it is so well deserved. If you are looking for a dishonest and unethical mechanic in Encinitas area this is your shop!
They will take your car, put dents and deep scratches and never admit they did it! They will then tell you that the security footage is in a secret archive that they do not have access to how convenient !!!!!
The mysterious archive can only be accessed by a special team that only the claim processor has access to but guess what, the claim processor will do everything in her power to dodge your calls, not answer emails, not make any effort in getting the top secret footage.
Just save yourself the trouble of going through all this headache and don’t come here.
