  I went and did a full body scan. My rating comes from many different things: them having dirty cardboard cutouts that had stains and make up but the worst was when they sat me on a mesh stool WITHOUT anything under me and me only in my underwear. I left the facility and my privates felt weird for two days after. I emailed them and they told me they always sanitize the chair (but it's porous how can it be properly sanitized). They offered me 20% off a future service, but I don't feel like they put their patients safety first so I will go to a different business in the future. I asked to have the 20% deducted from my total and they said no. In fact I asked for it to be taken to a higher up (the bosses' boss) and they never responded. I also had to ask them to scan my arms and legs because they did it under the wrong package. When I got the results back they didn't include the arms and legs.

  I live in San Diego and don't mind driving from San Diego all the way to Encinitas for my thermal imaging each year. I like and trust Psy-Tek Labs, because of how professional they are, and their customer service is outstanding! There are a lot of thermal imaging businesses in San Diego, but I will always choose Psy-Tek Labs.
