Easy to make an appt. Called me pretty close to my appt time with tons of people in waiting room. Phlebotomist was one of the best I’ve had. I’ve had a lot of blood work. Her name was Alicia. Ask for her. She took about 8 viles and I barely felt a thing.

Was disappointed that your computer system at Encinitas office would not accept walk in at 8:00 AM because of scheduled 9:50 AM time.

This was my third time at Quest Diagnostics. Now everything became clear, what to do and what to expect. The first time I was confused because I had no idea that I needed a referral from a doctor to take tests. Also, I didn't know how to use an electronic device and what to answer if I didn't sign up. But the medical staff had helped me and taught me, so next time I already feel more confident.

Quest Diagnostics is easy to set up an appointment online. Once you get there check in is easy.. you check in on a IPAD sit and wait to be called. The person who did my blood draw was professional and helped to locate the order from my doctor and within about 15 mins I was done. The wait time was less than 10 mins as well! I highly recommend Quest.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at any quest. They do not have a patient interest. They so not want to be bothered or talked to. They are rude when your turn does come up. I don't understand how a company like quest allows this office to represent them.

Quest diagnostic is the worst. I had to drive to 3 separate locations for pre employment drug screen. It’ll be about a week until I can get this taken care of. And only because I’m willing to drive to La mesa or Chula Vista and I’d be coming from Riverside. The appointment portal on the website isn’t helpful at all about scheduling an appointment for this location.

They took 30 minutes to receive me when I had an appointment..I had registered online with all my information, which they didn't have in their computer. Then, by mistake, I didn't have my insurance card, as I assumed they had my information already from the portal I had logged into. I was forced to wait until the very end of all morning appointments even after I had acquired my insurance information. I am now an hour after my appointment time and haven't been taken back. Do yourselves a favor: Go Elsewhere. Labcorp is around the corner

There was only one check-in kiosk, & the person in front of me took 10 minutes to check in. Other than that, all was perfect: the technician was kind, skilled, and efficient. Once I was checked in, I was seen promptly. The place looked clean. It was easy to get to, easy to park, easy to find once I arrived. Eazy peazy.
