I own the highest 5 star reviewed barbershop Hair Artistry by Naz in Encinitas , so I love keeping money and business flowing in the city , I bought a e-bike off Amazon came messed up and searched for local bike shop , dropped off on Friday picked up on Monday new chain and derailer . Extremely satisfied and I will be recommending all my clients and friends to this great bike shop .best bike shop in the city !

Great bike shop with friendly staff. They've helped me with my own bike and I've regularly rented their Rad bikes for the weekend with friends. Super easy to rent from them, and a convenient location. I'll be back.

Great shop, true excellent and honest service!We vacation in Carlsbad area every winter and ride our bicycles there every day, each time we went to Ride Cyclery for service or repairs (and most times just straight from the street, no appointments) these guys never disappoint, always have parts we needed, fixed our bikes on the spot (unless it required a bigger job) and have very reasonable rates. Often didn't even charged us for small issues such as gear cable tune or chain lube. There are many bike shops in the area but this one definitely earns our five stars!

A big THANK YOU to Brent, Josh and everyone else at RIDE Cyclery for taking such good care of our family's ebikes. Our community is unfortunately full of goat heads, thorns, bike thieves and adolescents who make shockingly poor decisions. RIDE always goes the extra mile to keep our kids on their bikes and out of harms way.

This is a great for working on any e-bike. I've had to take my son's RAD in a couple times and these guys are extremely cool fair prices and quick turnaround.

I got a flat on a Rad Powerbike and walked in to the shop. They were super friendly and helpful. Even though they were busy, they fixed my bike within an hour for a very cheap price. I have never had this great of service at a bicycle repair shop before.

I’ve had my ebike worked on here a couple of times and they’ve always been great. They can be a bit backed up though, it took 6 days to get my bike back the last time, but it was ready to go when promised.
