Since Casa Escondida Apartments lost my rent money, US Bank said they wouldn't cancel the check that went missing for another 3 month. They also said that I can't get my $900 to give to Casa Escondida Apartments until 3 months has past. I shouldn't be waiting 3 months just to get money to give to Casa. Also I shouldn't have to wait 3 months for that check that went missing to cancel because someone can steal my money and hack into my bank account which isn't right at all. Also if I need the money and the bank has it, then they are supposed to give my that money when I need it. This is unacceptable, and they need to hire better employees who actually know how to do their job instead of these terrible employees who don't know how to do anything right.

Bank associate woman at the desk was rude and treated me horrible for just asking if I could cash a check I had be given written from their bank even though I didn't have a account. I took the attitude from her as a no and left.

Bank in Carlsbad is a little quiet for my taste. The new Teller windows are kind of strange. I can't recall if it was that they couldn't see incoming guests or if it was the guest looking for an attendant. It looked like the guest could not identify if the teller was busy or free. The tellers were professional, attentive and easy to deal with

We made a cash withdrawal and four days later Michael, the Branch Manager contacted us to ask if he had accidentally given us an additional $100. It was absolutely appalling for our family to receive a phone call regarding missing money from such a respected company. To behave in such a manner was quite disappointing to say the least. As customers at this branch and being Asian we were quite disappointed to have been treated this way during the pandemic. We felt as though we were being singled out. We were put in a position that was extremely uncomfortable. It's poor representation for US Bank to allow a Branch Manager to put us in this type of position. We felt as if we've been accused of holding onto money that wasn't ours. It was absolutely unprofessional to receive this phone call and to find out that he had realized that they were short $100 four days later. You would think that they would have learned their mistake the day of. A situation like this should be handled much differently.

This rating applies only to Michael Juarez, the Branch Manager at this U.S. Bank location. Michael went above and beyond the call of duty to guide his inept Corporate credit card department, over a THREE HOUR visit of mine, to simply effect a "balance transfer." He was fighting for his customer the whole way through, and got the job done! Kudos to him!Including this ludicrous 3 hour visit, I spent a total of SIX hours on this and was forced to speak to over TWENTY (20!) different people who were ill-trained and lacked basic communication skills. I was unceremoniously dropped at least FOUR times in this bizarre trip to the Twilight Zone! And, I've been a customer of U.S. Bank for over 14 years! They need Six-Sigma help badly there. These people treated their own senior Branch Manager with 22 years of experience at the bank like he was a toad who just wandered into the Branch Manager's office! Thanks to Michael, we finally got the job done!
