I love this location. I have the insurance through Verizon but have the policy that covers other electronics. So far they have fixed 4 different MacBook issues. Fast and well done. Like working with the technician at this location. Great Guy!

Very unprofessional staff. I just waisted a time, because they do not know if they have a parts in own store. Also, they do know how to satisfy the clients. They do not know how to work with insurance.

Everyone was super helpful and explained everything very well. I knew my phone was not guaranteed to work but at the end the technician did a great job and I ledt with my phone working like new. Would highly recommend.

Really great experience!!!! I thought I was going to have to have to get a replacement phone as my iPhone was completely frozen and non-responsive. Within literally 2 minutes of walking in the shop, Aaron had my phone functioning and rebooted. It was amazing. The Verizon store was not able to do this, however I appreciated their referral. Fantastic experience!

This company is the worst. They strongly suggested I buy the Asurion insurance and said I could cancel at any time. After multiple phone calls to Asurion to cancel, and being told by Asurion repeatedly that they would cancel my insurance, three months later they still haven't canceled it and they're still charging me $24.99 per month. I can't seem to get through to them to get them to cancel it. I am beyond angry. I told my credit card company to stop all charges from them. I thought it important to leave this review to give everybody else a heads' up That it is not at all easy to cancel the a Schurian insurance once you buy it. I would give them zero stars except the young man at Ubreakit did a good job repairing my phone. The Asurion insurance did not apply to that charge though, of course. -S Lynn
