I’ve had several disappointing experiences at this location.
The owner, Dave, is consistently rude to both customers and his own employees. I’ve watched him bark orders at staff as if they were beneath him, which creates a very uncomfortable environment.
He’s also noticeably short with customers—especially if you don’t have your QR codes ready the second you walk in. As a business owner , I truly don’t understand his approach to customer service. Respect and kindness go a long way, and unfortunately, that’s lacking here.
I hope this feedback encourages improvements, because the employees themselves work hard and deserve better so do we as customer's. Glad for other locations in Encinitas for UPS SERVICES.
