The staff at this particular UPS store is so incredibly accommodating and helpful. Truly feels like a family run business. Whether I’m shipping items to my college kid or helping my daughter print pages for projects when our home printer isn’t cooperating, every single team member has gone above and beyond to make sure we get it done. Highly recommend.

I love this business! I have been there often not only to return amazon packages, but for printing, notary and other copy services. Employees are efficient and friendly.

John did a fantastic job helping me with my wedding placecard printing. He really did a great job printing and cutting them. They looked beautiful. Much better customer service than my experience at Fed Ex printing.

My home printer decided to eat itself right as I needed to send a time sensitive package… UPS Store for the save! The gentleman working was clearly training a new employee. Though busy, he took the time to help me get a shipping label printed and got my item on its way. I didn’t catch his name, but he was wearing a US Army hat (Vietnam veteran) and couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you!
