The lady acted extremely condescending when I asked why a UPS shipping label couldn't be searched in her system and printed. She rolled her eyes and acted like it was a stupid question. When I said something she acted even more condescending, as if this is the dumbest question she has ever heard. I almost didn't even write this, as I'm sure it comes off very Karen. I went somewhere else and they were very nice and explained that Amazon is the purchaser of the shipping label and it's a different system. That makes a ton of sense.
If you need UPS, don't go to this one.

I got to this store last minute before they closed with quite a mess on my hands and they were kind, patient and extremely helpful sorting everything out to get my 5 large packages shipped. The true definition of customer service which seems to be a rare these days

I just arrived at this ups with obvious amazon returns…and i’m writing this to alert amazon mostly…i stepped in the open door right at 1 min to 5, and the clerk helping someone said they were closed. These returns SEEM to take them no time at all and this was a disappointment but also…not really right when i got there before closing. So, im giving a bad review. It’s my only recourse…uncool guys. not a way to run a biz.

Super great staff! Daisy helped me right away. She was amazing. Great ASMR music on in the background, too. My Dad & I went in after trying El Camino Real UPS store (270 N. El Camino..), which turned us away an hour before closing for a walk-in service they offered online. Talk about night and day difference!

Don't take your parcels here... choose a different store. The manager Ajay has zero presence and awareness. Had a bunch of glass bottles in a parcel marked FRAGILE with large orange tape. He took it off the scale and dropped it on the floor from at least 24" off the ground. No personal accountability and terrible customer service...

I especially love doing business with this store. It is the highlight of my day. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and efficient, especially DAISY, I believe she is the manager, always provides excellent customer service, a delightful person.

Did a walk-in to get something notarized. Ajay was incredibly helpful and got it done with ease. Not sure why others are complaining. Great service! $15 for the whole process.
